Brilliant facility. Michelle is thoroughly knowledgeable in her sports massage and rehabilitation and highly recommended, she is one of the best and she has helped me a lot by knowing exactly how to pinpoint any muscular niggles and how to fix them. I have also attended some of the small group classes, where both Michelle and Neal are friendly, and make training fun and safe showing the correct techniques to prevent injuries and how to use exercise and functional movement to promote overall fitness and ongoing maintenance with rehabilitation. Great place. Thanks.

Fantastic Gym. I have used it for classes and personal training with Neal who I highly recommend. Classes are a great mix of strength & cardio. PT sessions are private and can focus on whatever area you want and Neal will get the best out of you. I also highly recommend Michelle Bowen as a Sports / injury physiotherapist who has helped with my runners knee in the past helping me train better and run faster & further.

Excellent team of Michelle and Neal, a great balance of skills. They have both been through very demanding training regimes, and have a great deal of experience.. I suffer from Parkinson's and I feel a real benefit from the thorough and professional approach they both have. Neal focusses on balance and stretching to alleviate my symptoms and hopefully slow them down. Whilst not neglecting demanding cardio vascular work as well. Michelle works principally on relieving the stiffness that is a common feature of the disease. I really feel the benefit after a physio session.

Neal at Komplete Performance opened my eyes to a new way of training when I had a series of one to one sessions with him, which was most effective and gave me excellent results. Michelle gave me more rotational movement in my shoulder after having a series of deep massage treatment on it. Incidently, the issue with my shoulder movement was highlighted during my sessions with Neal. She also relieved cramping in my calves which occurred whenever I engaged in sprinting during one of their circuit sessions they put on, highly recommend them. Overall I really recommend them for an alternative way to train or help in dealing with any longterm muscular injuries you may have.

Lovely friendly gym. PT service and small fitness classes. Also Michelle is a sports and rehab massage therapist that utilises techniques such as cupping and acupuncture during the sessions depending on your needs. You get an all over, friendly, welcoming service time and time again. Highly recommended
