I. V.Mike has made Meritor gym one of the best, if not the best, gym in the area. Jam packed full of high end plate loaded machines, it is a well laid out and extremely well equipped gym. This is matched up with a great cardio room and also a combat sports area. Coaches are on hand for all aspects of training and nutrition. Thoroughly recommended.
