J. B.Seems like a good store, however the guy who served me came across as rude. To put it mildly. I know I wasn't spending a lot, but basic customer service was lacking.
For instance, when I ask if a product is stocked I don't expect to be told 'I don't know what that is, I don't deal with fernickety things'. My mistake - I'd asked if they supply any wood finish.
P. S.I havn't been in since lockdown and what a transformation. Everything you would ever want or need for building or home improvements, really great friendly helpful staff and very knowledgeable with it.
