B. B.Looking for a kitchen, Homebase was great, could not fault them. Peter who attended towards design, was ever so helpful and took the stress out of where goes where, he got it all down to perfection. Customer service excellent when rang about two products that hadn't come and Peter was on to it and got sorted even replaced with a more upgrade as out of stock. Homebase was always the place for paint and wallpaper in the past and will go back again.

The assistant barely let me finish my enquiry and looking elsewhere he abruptly said " no don't do carpet and continued doing what he was doing. I found him rude and dismissive. S. C.I was in boucher road branch on Saturday morning and a lovely guy called Laim help me. I was very grateful for his help he even came to the car and helped to load all my stuff into the car for me. His customer service went ever and above a great asset to your team.

I.Great big shop only thing I don't like is its a nightmare trying to find a staff member to help you with anything. Love the garden centre part and love the Christmas stock when it comes in always have lots on display that you can see before buying , which I like.

N. H.I went to purchase a couple of lamps which are on display on the first floor. Needless to say the lift was broken as usual. I mentioned the difficulty this caused to one of the staff but no help was forth coming. I spent some time negotiating the stair and found the lights. Next time I will go somewhere else.

M. M.Just nipped in for special paint. Plenty in stock. Store was pretty empty (13.15 on a wet Monday) and check out queue was short. Basically managed to get in and out in a jiffy. Social distancing arrangements were good although many customers disregarded them. Plenty of parking but bays are narrow.

J. M.I really love this Homebase because the garden centre is massive and always has a good selection of plants. It also doesn't get too busy which is good and you can take your time looking at products. It is a little tired looking but the staff are very helpful and the product range makes up for this.

M.I like Homebase and normally find their staff friendly and helpful with a decent selection of things for the home and DIY although on my last visit the staff member I chatted to about strimmers and mowers couldnt tell me anything that I hadn't already sussed out online which was disappointing but all in all good store and this was a 1 off issue from many visits

J. S.After an initial problem occurred with a click, reserve and collect item the store resolved the situation quickly and very efficiently. David went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction was received. I would highly recommend this store but should you have any problems ask to speak to the Manager as in my case he really did pull out all the stops.

J. A.I had a very disappointing experience here. Last Saturday I went to find a 4-tier heavy duty shelving unit which costed £65. The guy who looked after me said they have plenty on stock, in fact I saw about 10 boxes laying on a pallet. I couldn't pick it up that day so I came back on Monday to grab it. For my big surprise all the shelves were removed and the guy who I asked about it said he knows nothing about it. There was this other shelving unit from the same company but that costed £125! Not acceptable.
