I could not recommend VP Jebb’s enough. My husband and I dealt with James there. He is a real gentleman and very professional. We have an unusual shaped bathroom and James came up with a couple of solutions for us. James also made sure that delivery was well in time to be fitted. Best plumber merchants in Belfast. This my 3rd bathroom suite bought here, not to mention a full central heating system. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful...esp Alex and Liam . Alex is so helpful its unbelievable do not pass this place. Since their revamp choice if product is amazing. If you're lucky enough to deal with Alex he will not only advise you, but will move mountains to get you what you need as will Liam 100%+👍👍👍👍

Alex is a class act. Bought all my sanitary ware through VP Jebb for an apartment i am refurbishing. Alex was the sales guy and puts you at ease as soon as he opens is mouth. Total in depth knowledge of all products and the right ones for your size of bathroom. Instead of directing us to a top of the range mixer shower, he brought us over to one they had on offer and explained that they test all their products on display in a workshop at the back. A delight to deal with a salesman who is at the top of their game. Gave us a great deal to. His father started working in the business at 18 and is still there today. Ask for Alex or Liam by name and you will not regret it.

While off on maternity leave I got 8 bathroom quotes. Jebbs was my 8th. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly man, Alex. I knew exactly what I wanted and after Alex showing me around the shop, we sat down and put a quote together. I am an extremely indecisive person & straight away Alex answered all my questions & massively helped with the decision making. He knew the products inside out & put me at ease. His customer service blew all 7 other bathroom experiences out of the water. Not surprisingly I ordered my bathroom & everything was delivered hassle free. Three months later I needed to shop for my en suite. I didn’t waste anytime comparing lots of quotes. Straight into Alex, ensuite picked & ordered within 30 minutes! Unbelievable customer service, thank you Alex!

Absolutely fantastic service .. my little boy broke a door on our shower enclosure so we need to replace the shower.. this was also attached to pvc labelling . . I went up thinking I was having to purchase a full box for 2 strips and the guys sorted me out with 2 strips for free would deffo recommend first class service x
