Called up before hand to check if they had extra long torx screw drivers, the guy on the phone measured them for me so I could compare with the ones I already had. Upon entering the store another member of staff asked me if I needed any assistance. Showed me what I needed straight away! In and out in a matter of minutes. Great stuff.
