Polite and helpful staff
A. 8.Used to be a great place to get good quality tools at low prices and I would go out of my way to travel there whenever I needed a tool haul but the last few visits have left me disappointed, I compared the price of a level online & could have got it 30% cheaper with free delivery. It's good for small things like drill bits and the staff are helpful but from a financial point of view there's no point in me ever shopping here again as its a long drive, but I felt I was supporting an independent business. Having a business myself its a direct impact on my prices so I will shop online from other stockists from now on so I can carry on providing my services without having to pass on extra costs to my customers.
