D. L.I’ve been using them for numerous years. Whether it’s your first, or your hundredth visit, you’ll get a warm welcome by all the staff. Unlike other retailers, you’re seen as a friend not money.
The product knowledge within the store is above and beyond, and the product range they carry is huge. In the likelihood that they don’t have what you need, there’s no problem, it’ll be ordered for you.
One of the other things I love about this place is, you can go in with a problem and not have a clue what tool will fit bill. The next thing you know, the big book of tool magic comes out. So page by page they look for the tool you need for the job. The make pretty good coffee is too.
