Got my PS4 from here a few years ago and got great service so came back to get a PS5 recently. Still great service, they are very helpful and know their stuff!

Pleasant helpful staff. Not so well stocked but can order products into store upon request. Small store by comparison. Carparking not too far away. Located nearby other retailers, lending itself to a full diverse shopping arrangement. 4 stars. Coolcol Local Guide for Newport City.

Great store, with knowledable and extremely helpful staff. Where sadly most GAME shops are now found in the back of a sports shop with limited stock, this shop is just GAME so it's got a great selection.

Very polite, friendly, professional bunch. It seems each employee has their own specialisation and knowledge in different regions and genres of video games, making them all very approachable to get solid recommendations. The store is very well presented and the test console even worked! Furthermore, they had employees on the shop floor, not hovering around the till. I purchased a Nintendo Switch and they didn't make my feel uncomfortable when I declined the care package; (still something I'm considering).5/5 well done.

Worth checking out prices as very competitive against other stores we all use, was very pleased with my items that I bought and I saved money which was a bonus. We should support these types of shops if we can as it's not all about buying on line. The staff were very helpful and understanding to my need and requirements.

A decent forward thinking little store gamefully working to stay relevant at a time when games are often downloaded from servers like Steam or are cloud based. They keep an increasing stock of merchandise and have diversified into “pre-owned” phones and non gaming tech. I’ve always found the staff knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Long may they thrive. BTW, whilst Steam was selling Borderlands 3 for £60, I got a copy here for £24. It was on disk, but after loading it, I never needed the disk again. So for a £36 saving, why wouldn’t you?

The head office telephone just provided me with a few automated responses to my call, but you can't actually talk to anyone! Nor can you leave a message, nor have an online 'chat' about a query. Their system doesn't even give you the telephone number of your local branch! Very Strange! However, the local staff (visit store, or get number from local tel directory) are very helpful and practical. Bought a second-hand Samsung Galaxy S4, and just transferred all my contacts from previous phone in a fraction of a second! I really appreciate a phone with prompt responses! This phone seems like a very good recommendation by Game!

I have used this store since it was previously called electronics boutique and can say it my fav store to get games from excellent staff and knowledge great trade in prices very fair when comes to taking in goods and do not push trying to sell you stuff
