Was advised on the website before purchase to phone, spoke to a kind bloke from the team and was so easy to deal with. Ordered online, same day despatch and next day delivery. Also decided to use this company over screwfix, b&q, toolstation and wickes because of their 5 star reviews and very competitive prices. Would use again for tools, very satisfied.

Sent an email asking about stock of a festool product, got a very quick reply saying the item was in stock and if I ordered before 3.30 it would be sent out that day. put the order in online at 3 o'clock, delivery was free and it arrived the next day.
