Reviews of B&Q Bristol - Longwell Green
D. B.
Best B&Q in Bristol!
The store is always clean, tidy and well laid out.
The staff are always super friendly and helpful.
It’s not very often that they don’t have an item in stock but if they don’t it’s normally available the next day.
Nikki and Sadie are absolute superstars and make a huge difference to the running of the store and always have a smile on their faces!
j. s.
The staff that dealt with us were brilliant. Helpful and cheerful, my Huby bought lots of tools to deal with our grown hedges, will go again to this branch
M. D.
Just returned from having wood cut by Martin.
Outstanding customer services. Helpful x patient as my husband is not well. Nothing to much trouble. So thankful that I received such great service from Martin on wood cutting . Missed his break and lots of customers waiting. Thank you for being so kind x helpful.
S. B.
Not bad. Its a large store, but it could do with a few more roaming staff working on weekdays though, considering that some of the power tools are stacked up on shelves out of the way of the "Tea leafs".
R. M.
Tom, Michelle, Zina, (and another) on customer service at Longwell Green were really helpful and helped me out by calling me back when I needed loft insulation products. Impressed. Thank you!
H. J.
Really pleased today . Had a very rare experience when a chap called Pete in trade point really went out of his way to help me . I needed some chipping really quickly to cover up a mess builder had left . Pete was very careful to find what I needed and even took it to my car . Admittedly it was quiet but even so . I really did appreciate the help, thank you so much . The stones we mixed in and they looked perfect 😅
M. M.
Huge B&Q. A large selection of products. you can buy anything for: kitchen bathroom garden bedroom kitchen. Toilet for customers. A large car park. Cafe shop. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. recommend
T. W.
Friendly helpful staff. Store has a good stock of DIY tools and anything you might need from nails to a new bathroom. Plants for inside and out there is a great variety. Recommend this store
G. B.
Probably the best of B&q stores it is a proper superstore and can take ages to walk up and down the aisle if you don't know where your needs are. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The timber cutting services are great too , sometimes it can be a wait if there's a queue but worth it if you have lots to cut 50p a cut after first 5 free ones
G. H.
This store has revamped itself recently and the change is impressive. Goods are better presented and customers are given more space. Check out seems to flow better.
T. H.
Incredibly efficient. The app knows which aisle everything is in so search for what you want to save you time.
A.
To be honest so much better than cribbs causeway more stuff more room nicer staff 😀
T. S.
Lots of parking and so much to choose from for the home. The staff was, as usual, very helpful.
Sometimes all the tills aren't open but today, (Saturday) it was.
As there are other shops around the vicinity, it's easy to walk to those as well.
I. M.
I was served by a lovely man called Fred on the checkouts today. He was so friendly and helpful.
N. F.
Got most things you need and reasonably priced.
Didn't like the fact you had to walk from one end of the business to get to the tills 😡
Staff would rather chat amongst themselves than engage with the customer
J. W.
Good store! Large and spacious. Good product range, good deals and discounts and helpful staff
C.
Love this place. Everything that you want, great staff, helpful. Clean and tidy.
j. g.
Good service, good prices, helpful staff, variety of products!
L. D.
Love B&Q, makes me feel like a man even though I don't really know what tools are for
W.
Always helpful staff and the store has each section well labelled and signposted. No queuing at the tills this time which was a bonus
b. t.
Large store with plenty of parking , some products hard to find and not many staff to help
P. B.
Staff knowledge questionable, at least when I asked a what I understood to be a relatively simple enquiry.
J. H.
Over all not bad, visited Garden Centre but heavy rain stopped us looking at most of the plants outside.
S. “. D.
Unfortunately still lots of empty shelved at Longwell Green store. Helpful staff
J. G.
A very helpful store, the lady on the till was very pleasant and helpful, the chap who helped us to put the patio furniture into are car was a life saver as without his help it would of been a hard job. Thank you both.
M. H.
B&Q at longwell is huge! With its inside and outside offerings. Staff are always very friendly and happy to assist where they can. Totally recommend this store. Also I'm disabled in a wheelchair and I find their car park and their assistance first class!
G. D.
Reasonable busy for a sunny day. Plenty of plants on sale. Bought a masonry paint roller, but they didn't have any paint trays to fit it - bit bizarre. I'll just cobble something at home to fit.
M. C.
This shop is huge! So there's lots of choice but you'll have to hunt around if you require a shop assistant to guide you to the part of the store you need. Oh, and make sure you go before you go - the toilets are shut!
S. R.
It's what you'd expect of a B&Q. You can a to handle, compare and combine. You can't do that on-line. This particular B&Q is big so better.
w.
Nice place with good plants and building materials
So many options for home decorating stuff
Good place to visit
A. C.
Item's condition was far from perfect. Poor storage or rough handling. Got some discount off it. Had originally planned to clock and collect. But then needed full refund and repurchase the slightly damaged reduced item. Bit of a faff.
B. H. D.
Absolutely massive store. Took ages to get help, but got there in the end.
Parking is great 👍🏾, found a space with no problems.
W. O. B.
Went to B&Q Longwell Green on Saturday, I found the bags were very heavy, but no worries the staff were very nice and helpful and took my trolley to my car and put them in the boot for me. Excellent service, would recommend.
A. H.
On our visit today we bought from very good selection of bedding plant at great prices plus an extra 20% off everything we needed for our garden. Loads of parking and the store wasn't over busy. We went through the checkouts no problem.
M. M.
Excellent service from Max in kitchens today. Very knowledgable and helpful.
B. I.
A massive shop with a great rage of products and materials, but not all the brands are represented as they have their own and 'paid to sell' brands, which in some products, like paint, restricts the options. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and most things easy to find. There are toilets available to.
T. H.
It's not a bad B&Q the staff are always friendly but the paint desk often just doesn't have the stuff they need to mix custom colours, there's been a few times I've had to make the journey to Cribbs instead. Bit annoying, if they managed their stock better wouldn't be an issue.
B. H.
It's a very big store. Good service. Massive car park. Trade point is at the end of the building so is worth driving to the end of the building if you are looking to use the trade point. Good value and generally you find some excellent offers.
J. L.
Very helpful when you can find them.
K. B.
Got some lovely bedding plants, very reasonable.
B. H.
Everything you need for DIY and good outdoor garden section.
S. M.
Love to visit this more often. Lots of parking space with 3hrs limit. Click & Collect, in shop purchase. Wide verities of indoor and outdoor plants also.
G. S.
Assistant' s in picking up paving slabs & loading into car. Reason I'm 76 years old & struggling.
When in Australia the stores provide this service free plus. UK needs to upgrade & improve customer service!!!
P. I.
Had a bargain here picked up a full size black and decker workmate for 20 quid, bargain
A. O.
Nice customer, kind staff.
They happy to answer and helpful.
I think i will come back here again of I need something for my garden.
Car parking os huge, plenty of space for customers.
The store is extra large, I can lost there easily.
D. B.
Had everything I needed to do a guttering job for Monday, easier to pick exactly
what I want without buying in bulk.
G. W.
We were served by Lisa on the checkout today and she was excellent! Really helpful and went out of her way for us. We were also helped by a gentleman (didn't get his name) who got us a different trolley when needed. Excellent customer service.
L. S.
A necessary store but could be so much better if only it were easier to find items that you want and more staff. Needs to be some info desks scattered about. And what is there a person just inside the door for ?????? And don't get me started about the WEB site !!!!
D. P.
Great variety of goods on offer, massive store means stock is well laid out. Staff are always friendly and most are knowledgeable on where goods can be found. Unfortunately prices remain high compared to other outlets, which keeps the review at 3 stars as opposed to 4 or 5
d. p.
Really helpful timber cutting chap. Thanks.
A. T.
Big B&q. It'll probably have what your looking for. Lots of parking, never struggled to get a space. Could do with more staff on the shop floor though as if you need help you could be walking around for miles before you find someone
M. B.
Good stock and cutting service quick, efficient and friendly.
C. S.
A staff was very good helpful.
P. W.
A great place to buy a new fireplace.
S. H.
Lovely b&q this. Would have rated 5 star if not for the sudden shock of shooting back pains, not b&q's fault but really tainted my experience.
B. P.
Nice size store with everything you need
R. J.
Sold me a second hand lawn mower and have ignored my emails
L. M.
Good range of merch from building, to DIY to gardening.
L. S.
Good to go to a large store and choose our items in person. Got what we wanted and more. Quiet when we were there and parking was easy. Also visited nearby stores to complete our trip out.
T. B.
Disappointed at the stock levels of tools!
I was going to be overcharged at the tills until I queried it. Your offer prices aren't always up to date at the tills. Your stock of bulbs and weed membrane was poor. Staff were most helpful but trying to play catch up after problems elsewhere in store!
J. B.
Brilliant place, so much to choose from and pricing is good too
F. M.
This is the largest B&Q I have ever been in, I have been to loads. Even though its the holiday season they had a very good selection across the board.
A. x.
This is the biggest and best stocked b&q I’ve ever been to. Plenty of sections, great prices and I’ll definitely be coming back.
K. D. P. P.
There is nearly everything you need. Garden plants were not fully stocked when I went there but I am sure now they would have the selection they had before. There is a one way system that kind of works with exception of the internal aisles which can only fit one person at a time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their sections of the store. Due to lockdown there was a bit of a wait to get it store but the wait is similar everywhere.
G. P.
Always a good quality of merchandise at fair prices staff are very helpful and friendly
a. s.
Whilst other similar retail units have experienced reduced levels of varied stock during the pandemic, B&Q were able to supply me with all I needed for gardening. Very helpful and patient staff too!
N. A.
Not so bad.
Finding stuff can be a nightmare. Seems there is no logical order.
P. E.
Longwell Green was good for us. Kerry was excellent in kitchens.
Customer service national number was useless. Said they would leave a message for Kerry to delay a meeting and failed. Suggest contact number for the store would be much better for leaving a message.
s. e.
We ordered click and collect and it was waiting for us on arrival, very good service
M. m.
Always like to go to B&Q for plants or paint staff very helpful
L. F.
Some products not available all the time so put luck
Lacking herbs and various other plants like tomatoes
On the whole very good
As usual the staff are very helpful
R. R.
We visited the wood department and the staff were very helpful. We had plywood sheets cut up which made it so much easier to fit in the car and to make the project when we got home. Thank you.
c. h.
Much larger than all the other B&Q s , covers just about everything a DIY or tradeperson would need ,with the possible exception of roofing .
Well worth a visit.
L. P.
Are we still places to sit down in here because it's absolutely huge and whatever you want is always at the other end of the. building. Staff are helpful if you can find one.
D. W.
Large store but seems a bit understaffed
C. M.
Big store. Just a little too far away.
J. C.
Garden Centre well stocked, nice open and friendly store. Seems B&Q have managed to shake off the reputation of disorganised and empty stock lines! Well done!
D. B.
I'm a bq fan. Longwell green always got deals on and situated just off ring road. Dead handy
M. P. (. a.
It's DIY store. Big and wide range of goods in one place but they offer budget goods generally and fixings etc cost as much for two as 10 or more might be at Screwfix or Toolstation. I'd rather buy 10 and have spares. Power tools are not great quality but paint and building supplies can be very good value. You pay your money and take your choice. But as a one stop shop it's as good as DIY stores go.
S. E.
A badly made tester lead me to buying a large tub of paint that wasn't the intended colour. The paint section said I'd have to go through valspar initially but the customer service desk sorted everything out in the end
C. P.
A warehouse full of home decor stuff pretty much guarantees they have what you want. Although you can usually get better quality and/or cheaper elsewhere. 15 years ago we had a kitchen installed by these guys and I still haven't got over the experience, but the other day I bought some taps in a style i couldn't find anywhere else.
W. L.
Good selection of materials. Staff always busy with other customers and essentials not on shelf, e.g. no paper at all for sanders.
D. P.
Had what I needed in stock, and was cheap ,👍
L. C.
Good selection bit difficult to find what we were looking. 3rd member of staff asked and found item
M. B.
Excellent selection of products and very helpful staff.
J. B.
Massive bq store got everything
C. D.
Highly recommend : the Longwell Green store in Hanham . I have recently purchased a kitchen from the store which is great value and good quality. All the staff here are very polite and helpful, from the design process to delivery. The staff dealt with any queries and order amendments I requested in an efficient and courteous manner at all times, which meant that the process went as smoothly as possible. The staff deserve recognition for their professional and helpful approach - thank you.
P. D.
Bit pricey. Good layout. Helpful staff if you can find one. Also start a wickes do a price check as some items are cheaper.
S. M.
I got what I wanted after help from a member of staff. Price seemed very reasonable, but nothing to really compare it with. No customer toilets though, so I was crossing my legs!
G. K.
Friendly staff directing customers into correct lanes. After waiting some while a member of staff directed me to the trade cashiers where I was dealt with politely and in a friendly manner. Excellent service.
B. G.
B&Q
Shop for everything you need to complete your home and garden project. Order online for 1hr Click+Collect, or free home delivery on orders over £50.
R. B.
Used the click and collect needed a radiator urgently. Very quick and easy with updates from B&Q to let me know when it was ready. Thanks heating problem solved.
E. H.
Grant went above and beyond to help me sort out my flooring today! From working out how much i needed, to putting it in my car! He definitely deserves a bonus! Great service! :)
s. b.
We looked at the kitchens at 3.50pm on Sunday. Iffy helped us and was positively magnificent. She took all our details and arranged a designer. Nothing was too much trouble. She served us until 4.50pm, even though the store closed at 4pm. I can't praise and thank her enough.
M. T.
This is a large store with a wide range of goods on display. I was primarily browsing for kitchen ideas and seeing the range available was helpful. I spoke to a member of staff about worktops and she was extremely helpful. I got more out of the visit than I'd expected.
C. W.
Had what I wanted, fairly organised store but always the same story in DIY sheds - shop floor staff run ragged, especially on the tills whilst supervisors and management walk around in groups pointing at stuff.
N. C.
Big store and good range of pretty much everything you'd need for most DIY jobs. Store is well laid out and staff helpful.
L. R.
As expected, easy to park, staff friendly & helpful. Unfortunately extremely low stock of garden gravel/stones/pebbles which is what we wanted to look at.
S. C.
Visited today, 23.05.2020 during covid 19 social distancing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Other customers similarly friendly. All products that we wanted available. There was queuing, but entered store quickly. Stress free shopping. Thank you B&Q.
C. D.
Amazing deals available at the moment. A range of items to choose from.
D. W.
Well stocked and very helpful staff. Good prices and items displayed and priced clearly - some prices are at ground level which would be an issue for some.
W. M.
Always my go to place for home and garden project bits n bobs. The current Covid19 setup is very well organised and they are clearly taking customers and their own safety seriously. Easy system to negotiate and find what I needed (kitchen spotlights today!)
G. J.
Good range of products and helpful staff.
P. W.
I was very ably assisted by Martin who knew what I needed so well. His understanding of hardware and supplies is impressive. I got my board selected and cut - no fuss. Kindly send my thanks to him.
c. g.
We had an enjoyable shopping trip yesterday (BnQ pensioners day). 2 reasons, the stuff we wanted was there but what really gave the enjoyment was the friendly helpfulness of the staff. From the lady in the paints to Matt in hardware, all staff were great!
R. a.
Buying online is restricted. B&Q has become the new IKEA. You need to know what you need, and where it is. Otherwise you could walk miles.
When entering the store familiarise yourself where you will need to go to get to queue. Expect to wait for 30 minutes or more, if the queue extends the length of the store.
I can't believe for such a large store, they only had 3 tills open.
If you know what you need, check Screwfix's website, pay online and collect from your chosen Screwfix.
A. T.
B&Q good place to shop for all your DIY. Very helpful staff. The only down side is if you have a disability it's very hard going. Especially if you can't walk to far.
D. N.
Tried their click and collect service. In these difficult times the system works extremely well. The girl looking after the queue was polite and well organised making the whole process very easy. Brilliant service!
M. P.
Everything you need more or less in one place. But pricey as you can certainly find cheaper online. Would be amazing if they could price match to a certain degree.
S. S.
Vast, cavernous DIY shop. Toilets locked away, security staff eyeballing you. usual have what you want, if you can find it, at a price. Smaller, cheaper and friendlier Wickes next door.
b.
One word. Incredible. I know what you're thinking: "Oh come on, how can a hardware shop be described as incredible?". All I can say to that is: " Do not mock what you have not experienced first hand". This store blew my mind, made me revaluate my approach to life and made me realise that there really are still beacons of light in this world. The range of Xmas lights was pretty good too.
D. C.
Easy to find items if you look online first. No in stock and isle number shown.
N. T.
So went to hartcliff for chest of drawers and they was very rude and Was expecting me to leave my child outside whist I went shopping
So I called this store and a lovely lady called April may was very helpful I was trying to buy chest of drawers and the lovely lady got them down for me and kept them really polite and friendly and happy to help and also didn’t tell me to leave a child outside at the age of 8
Could not of asked for a better service from longwell green
So thank you
A. L.
Combined with their website telling you what isle everything is in it made this store very easy to navigate. Very friendly staff who are willing to help; very clearly marked social distancing and one way system
M. G.
It's an average DIY store for everyday items. Not good quality material, tools or service. I'd go instead shopping at my local tool store or timber merchant instead.
s. k.
B&Q is gr8, I'd go there there just about wkly if it wasn't far away, i love the place, staff super friendly, i live in Bath & soo wish we had a B&Q here,
G.
Huge thanks to Steve M who went above and beyond to help me and even ended up staying after his shift to help me load the items into my car. Excellent customer service from him and other colleagues. Really good experience.
K. G.
What can I say it's a diy store so if that's what you're looking for it's one of the best. It's in a complex with other stores nearby so if you can't get what you want at least you could try wickes next door. It's a big store with a upper floor dedicated to kitchens. Garden centre is very good. It also has a wood cutting service which is good if you got a project planned.
D. W.
Didn't have the item I wanted in stock, although I checked online & it said "in stock"
I've since looked back online & they STILL have it as "in stock" so someone else will be disappointed 😞
E. C.
Absolutely massive has everything, although some items were in different aisles to what we're on the website
K. M.
There's no fridge lights 😲
G. H.
It was a really good morning at B&Q the help was really good and i got what i was after..
C. M.
It's enormous, has everything, really good attention to detail over sanitisation and social distancing. Glad to have this as my local DIY place.
A. M.
Well organised for the current pandemic. Stocks a little low in some departments - paint brushes and rollers especially (Sat 15/08/20).
Otherwise good experience
R. B.
We arrived just before the store was closing to pick up tiles reserved for us that were out of stock in the B&Q nearest to our home. Rob and Ryan had to unload all the tiles that had been ordered for us as they had been given the wrong code number. They then had to reload the correct ones and as my husband had recently had an operation on his shoulder Rob took the tiles through the till and loaded them into our car. He was helpful, polite and friendly even though it was by then probably after his finishing time. Thank you to both of these young men who helped us.
C. L.
Very impressed with this B&Q. I have been painting and decorating recently and visited B&Q to collect paint. The Paint stall have great customer service, thorough and knowledgeable about the products. The layout is good and within easy reach.
P. W.
The store had most things required, I could not find the tree i wanted but then informed they were not on sale until April
A.
Great 👍 thanks, got what we wanted, some good bargains, electric items at reduced prices 😀. A1.
S. A.
Easy to find what I wanted. Would be nice yo see the self service checkouts open again to make things a bit quicker
J. M.
popped in to to buy some plaster board for a job, parking access was brilliant lots of spaces in the huge car park, the store is laid out well , great access for disabled people. as i am about to purchase my boards a staff member explained about a trade card that would save me money on my purchases in store , jade or jadie was the name she then quickly signed me up to a trade account that saved me quite a bit on my purchase and for the future . thanks would recommend.
M. P.
This B&Q is a veritable modern day Alladins Cave, everything for the home diy'er including a trade section for local tradesmen.
You can order a complete kitchen or bathroom and have it fitted..... for a price. Or you can browse the warehouse and choose and fit it yourself. There appears to be everything that you would need to complete a plumbing or electrical project at home, right down to nuts & bolts, taps and washers, nails and screws. In fact there is really to much to mention in a review.
Plenty of free car parking here, I found members of staff to be helpful and knowledgeable, and could always point you in the right direction. So if your thinking about having a spring time re -decorate, this is the place to go, would recommend. ps if you find this review helpful, please give it a 👍
D. J.
Love the range of plants, the screw aisle is my least favourite as seems to take ages.. but laid out really well. Found everything I needed
k. c.
B and Q thankyou to the lady that mixed the paint for me.
m. w.
Handy to have locally but many items are overpriced. Lots of choice due to size but make sure you shop.around at prices before you buy
H. S.
Fab store & friendly knowledgeable staff. There's nothing you won't find here. Nice cafe & public loo which is good. Plenty of free parking.
R. F.
Big store friendly staff
S. E.
Ok as usual nice selection and able to get exactly what I needed, staff helpful when I couldn't find the item initially, thank you B&Q
B. C.
Open late and has an enormous range. Perfect for tooling up for emergency home repairs.
Returned a light fixture recently and was amazed how easy and faff-free the process was.
W. Z.
Had a pannini in the cafe and bought what we wanted all in half an hour! Good service and plenty of tills open to stop the waiting! Makes a change as i filled up at tesco ealier it took 3/4 hr!
J.
Good to have so much under one roof with good access a nd a good sized car park outside. Help and advice is a little harder to come by...
Z. J.
Great customer service from Flo rin.Incredibly helpful and well informed
J. M.
I always enjoy going to this huge B&Q superstore in Hartcliffe. I usually leave with lots of items I didn't intend buying, mainly because they have a good Clearance section. Loads of great design ideas for every room in the house as well as garden equipment and furniture. Paint, tools, heaters, windows, taps etc - it's all there. I wish they had a cafe as well, to break up walking round and around the store. There's a delivery service for larger items and yòu can buy their products online.
C. P.
Great range of products.
K. B.
I didn't like my latest visit. The store is properly marked out for social distancing but nobody respecting it. I was so glad to get out and back home safely.
M. A.
The self service tills are a nightmare, we had to wait as one was out of action completely, the other three all had faults, ours couldn't read the weight of a bird feeder. Not enough staff on to assist. I can only go at the weekend so have no option to go other times.
J. C.
Found the items needed, not many staff around to help though. Having to use a computer when you might of disability issues isn't very inclusive.
M. C.
Lots of stock but quality of items does vary. Sometimes hard to find someone to help in locating items or advice. When you do find someone though, in my experience, they're very friendly and knowledgeable.
S. P.
It's a big B&Q which has mostly everything you will need. BUT, like all B&Qs, they are not great at stocking items.
J. P.
Fantastic service during Lockdown. Staff stood and working in the rain for us. Polite and helpful. Especially Julie A. Such a Super Star!! Thanks so much.
j. f.
Disabled parking close by free parking Wide open entrance glass doors with a B&Q customer advisor at the door to meet you with any enquiries
N.
It's a b&q. Quite big.
M. H.
Fasted click and collect ever. Everything was loaded on a trolley for me ready to go. Brilliant service in the current climate. Thanks very much.
N. M.
Staff could be more helpful at times rather than standing around talking to their friends, but always has what you need.
D. W.
Paint selection was not very well stocked. But otherwise its your average DIY store
I. P.
I love this place, as you can get mostly everything you need for DIY projects, lots of flowers and garden plants , house equipment and many more .
r. a.
It's your usual B&Q - huge choice of stock, lots of parking and friendly staff.
G. G.
I seem to spend an awful lot of my time here buying paint and very affordable plants, they have the queuing down to a fine art and this also applies to their store at Hartcliffe
j. r.
Needed to go there as B & Q Hartcliffe never had what I wanted
A. P.
Always a pleasure to come here, one of my favourite places. Layed out well, staff friendly and helpful.
P. H.
Don't know, didn't go there. You got it wrong this time. I went to Liddel, much smaller than I thought it would be, therefore selection wasn't great. Nice clean store though.
D. J.
Staff very helpful as I was looking for bubble wrap, staff at the exit also most helpful as my trolley had a mind of its own.
A. P.
Staff are managing the movement of people well. Hopefully it will be short term. An excellent range of garden, building and general DIY materials
C. C.
Try to find lawn mower replacement blades ...quolcast _lite 28...and found them ...impressive shop...nice staff easy to find items
M. B.
It's a B&Q. Not sure what else to say.
Very large.
Good range.
Easy parking.
Friendly staff.
#. a.
B n Q's is not what it used to be, they've kind of lost touch with what us professional DIY types are about
T. C.
Had to tKe an item back as it was faulty the didn't quibble just sorted out the refund.
C. W.
Well organised store with plenty light, a stark contrast to the other DIY store in the same estate! Staff are friendly and helpful.
G. B.
B&Q is a great place to buy spanners! Never have the right size and theres too many of them working on the counter
P. C.
Found the items required quickly and straight through checkout. Staff pleasant. All products you would need for majority of home improvements at reasonable prices.
R. H.
Very helpful staff and great products.
a. p.
Amazing....had everything we wanted and was served by a lovely lady called Lauren at the trade point :) x
K. S.
