First time purchasing tools from Bells in Bristol, and when the items arrived one of them had an issue. Filled with dread having to explain to a new supplier the goods were faulty & expecting an argument and disappointment I was completely wrong. Chris, listened to my problem asked relevant questions and resolved my problem immediately. Absolutely first rate assistance from Chris. I can't recommend this branch enough for price, speed of delivery and after sales customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from Bells in Bristol again & again. Well done to you all.

Popped in to see what this place was like. Sometimes you wonder how shops keep going during the death of retail and with amazon selling things cheap. I was pleasantly surprised to find an exceptional and varied about of stock for all budgets. I will be using screwfix and toolstation less now I have found this place. The staff were friendly and overhearing some of the conversations seemed very passionate and knowledgeable.

I was in need of 17mm hex socket driver, and not familiar with the area. I tried screwfix & motor spares outlets, could only buy sets. Found Bell tools and they had them on the counter. All your tool requirements under one roof, helpful staff, competitive prices. Recommended

Professionally run tool store/shop with items ranging from tiny screwdrivers to cement mixers. Expert knowledge and guidance from the in-house team. Power tool section is well displayed and stocked. Customer base is mix of DIY people (like me) and the professionals which is a good indicator of the quality of service.

Everything about this place is good, the amount of equipment they stock is impressive. The only slight niggle is that the website is not as comprehensive but its still 5 stars all round. The staff are extremely helpful wether it be on the phone or in store. It's become my "go to" place for tools.

Walk in with a problem, walk out with a solution. This is one of the finest tool shops in the uk. I went in to ask about parts for my Makita cordless - I did not have a model number but on my vague description and estimated age of the drill, Dave supplied me with a pair of brushes and caps, on the spot, no messing. Drill up and running 30 mins later for seven quid. Today I needed some way of extending a hole cutter to cut sideways through a series of joists....once again Dave found a solution that did not cost the earth and did the job magnificently. This is my first port of call for power tools and hand tools. They truly are the cat's conkers.
