S. E.Well the shop itself has no personality whatsoever. It's like walking into you cornershop hardware place. Yet, I managed to get everything I wanted and needed. Even an electric woodburning replica fire!! The plug in Xmas lights which I wanted and perfect Xmas decs. So reasonably priced. The staff are down to earth and so knowledgeable and helpful. I went back 3 times. Thanks for all your help guys
N.I pop in to have a look around but they never have anything I want to buy. It's all just standard fare that you would find at b&m or home bargains but just a little more expensive. I don't tend to bother anymore. The stores are tidy and we'll organized and staff are fine from what I can tell from my limited interactions but the ranges are just meh and can be brought cheaper elsewhere.

If something is out of stock, it's usually out of stock for a while in store which is annoying but they do have a click and collect service to ensure anything you want is for sure there, if you want to use that

L.Great place to shop. Loads of bargains and everything you could want, all in one place. Their gardening stuff is really good and they have a range of seeds, bulbs, etc at really good prices, but they are good quality, too. Food, hardware, stationery, gardening, DIY, toiletries; all you need. Excellent place and good staff, too. If you visit, you won't be disappointed.

L.Impressed to be honest, just bought an item in electrical department upstairs, very well treated, needed charging cable, quickly found the one I needed, very polite,efficient service, excellent customer service, really tried hard and went extra mile to try and help, as I'm not too good with technology, would definitely shop here again,rare to see such customer service. Was served by a young blonde lady, very polite and considerate, makes a massive difference to your day when someone gives good customer service

C. R.It's nice to have a Wilco in the centre of town, it's small but well formed with both of an upstairs and a downstairs. There is a reasonably good variety of stock, but obviously not as much as the bigger stores. The staff seem friendly too.

M. E.Products are cheap but the staff are what let it down for me this time. Guy on the till seemed fairly antisocial, took a very long time to change the till roll before asking for help and swore under his breath at his own failure. Another member of staff watched this unfold and then walked away without giving any assistance to the poor guy. Escalator has been out of service for at least a month and now the lift is broken too, preventing disabled individuals from visiting the upper floor. Very poor experience, unfortunately.

They're all very similar to each other but generally they are laid out well reasonably priced depending on which member of staff you get their expertise in their particular field is varied but generally if they don't know they will steer you in the right place I have had no issues with taking anything back that's been faulty I use them fairly regularly

A. H.Visited wilko in queen street cardiff at 13 59 on Friday 21st July. That day my wife and I collected a order that was placed for a hanging basket. The item was the wrong one. We than had to take it downstairs for refund. We we're dealt with a very helpful cashier named Lucy who went out of way to find the right product. She checked everywhere as she said there should beeb 17 in store but couldn't find them. How she managed to order them in Bridgend store which we picked up today Saturday 22nd July. People tend to criticise staff in stores us included but we both think this girl needs our full praise. As we both in our 70s this went a long way.
