Order doors handle pack for all doors. Wary of buying online without seeing the products. All items came in one box. Very Impressed with purchase. However, I had issue with bathroom handle. I contact the customer service and explain the issue. Katie Tokely customer service assistance was helpful and friendly. Ensure me handles will be replace with new one and will be within 3-5 days. Would recommend to others and will be using them again.

They've been delivering throughout the covid 19 pandemic at a time when their competitors have had to close and so they've had to deal with a massive increase in sales and customer enquiries. And yet they've been delivering to everyone and fulfilling orders really very quickly. Ordered some door knobs, but unfortunately they didn't suit so sent them back by registered post. When I contacted them I was in informed it would be OK. I sent them the registration details to show they had been delivered. They have not replied and that was three weeks ago, so I'm out of pocket by £50 and they have the goods back . Ok so was contacted today by a very nice man called Nigel, who apologised and assured me it would be looked into so my expectations have gone up and so are the stars fingers crossed.
