D. c.So i had to go to travis perkins whitehall rd Colchester because they were the only branch nearest to Norwich that had any LBC GOLD BUFF BRICKS. I arrived at 6.15am a worker turned up at 6.20. Around 12 more men arrived before 6.30 i told them what i needed 100 bricks. A guy told me to park in the yard 1 guy went & got a pallet full brought them to my van. They said i could help myself to a coffee.i was loaded up paid for the bricks & away by 7.15. The yard men were some of the most helpful, polite men i have ever come across. Thank you so much for all your help.TRAVIS PERKINS your workers at this branch are a credit to your company
M. L.I have to say the service we received from Travis Perkins in Colchester has been exemplary. We were only ordering a replacement fence panel for one damaged in the storm but they couldn't have been more helpful.
I ordered online and was told I would receive a call to agree a delivery time and date. Sure enough a very helpful chap called me back within the hour and thanked me for my order and said they would pick up the panel from another branch and deliver it in a couple of days. Day and time would be texted/mailed to me. Sure enough I received the details as stated and the delivery took place "bang" in the middle of the delivery window by a very helpful driver who carried the panel into my back garden. Couldn't be happier.....WELL DONE TRAVIS PERKINS....and thank you.
