I have ordered radiators online before, (from another supplier) and had just about every problem imaginable, so I was hesitant to try again. Elegant-radiarors were the most appealing and for once I made the right choice. Ordered Monday morning, arrived Tuesday afternoon. That is my idea of service. Inspected parcel before opening and could not see even a scratch. Inspected radiator carefully after opening, not even a fingerprint. Rad not fitted yet but no problems expected.

Really pleased with this company. The rad is lovely and was a reasonable price. There was a missing cap (I suspect the builders lost it) and I rang them to ask for a new one. It came very quickly – they even sent me 2 of them. I recommend Elegant Radiators.
