Had a problem with a DeWalt SDS so I rang UTC and spoke to Stuart who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained the workings of the tool and ran through with me the things I should look for. After his help and guidence the tool is now working as it should. Excellent service from UTC and Stuart in particular who is a credit to the company. I live in Stafford and will be using UTC in Derby again. My local DeWalt specialist cannot bold a candle to this company for service. Superb experience all round. Many thanks to UTC

Awesome new tool shop here in Derby, the one stop shop and the place to go for all your tool needs. Part of a national group called UTS so have buying power and will give good prices as a result.
