Great range of tiles, adhesive & grout. I've shopped both online and in store with Tile Giant, both quick and easy experiences. The staff are really friendly & knowledgeable. They gave great advice on ideas I never even considered. Most definitely recommend coming in, taking a look around at their displays.

Served by Paul on two occasions. Once to find the tiles we wanted, where he was very helpful and informative. We ordered online due to a bigger discount and collected. Paul went out of his way to stay past closing to make sure we had our tiles and was always welcoming and helpful and is a real asset to the company. Great customer service from Paul. Just to note that if you buy online to collect, you don't get a confirmation email that they are ready, they will call you.

After trying several other tile stores we finally came across the gem that is tile giant. Fantastic tiles at very reasonable prices with marvellous customer service as well. Brilliantly helpful. I've shopped here several times and every time the staff have been incredibly helpful. They are not necessarily the cheapest place for tiles but I'd happily pay the little extra for the level of service you don't get anywhere else. Highly recommended

This was the first time I've ever been to Tile Giant. I went after looking in a couple of other stores and not finding what I wanted. TG has an excellent range of tiles and equipment- everything you could possibly need. I bought my tiles and trim within minutes and got them at a good price. I was served by Paul B who was really helpful and extremely friendly and transported my order into my car. I couldn't ask for any improvements. In the future, TG will be my first stop.

I have received the most excellent, personable service from both John and Josh having just collected by second order. I have always received brilliant advice and nothing has been any trouble for either of them. We have dealt with several other tile shops and not had the same courteous approach. I will only use Derby Tile Giant again for tiles as long as John and Josh are there. They are a credit to the store. The tiles are also excellent quality and reasonably priced.

After having been looking for tiles for a while with different companies I could never seem to find exactly what I was after until we came across this company, the guys here made the whole experience better they were happy to show me what they had and nothing was too much for them. Having a girlfriend who is so undecided was hard work but the lads especially Josh made it look like light work and were more than happy to talk us through the options we had and we made a decision that we were both happy with. I recently did a click and collect order, I was very worried about not be able to see the product in the show room due to covid but both josh and John were extremely helpful, they answered all my questions and even sent pictures of the tiles and made the purchase very easy and stress free. Ordered some samples for my kitchen tiles to be done. Was quite worried as couldn't go instore and shop for them. After receiving the samples I called the shop and spoke to a young man named josh who was very helpful and helped me decide which tile would be best out of the samples I ordered.
