C. B.We popped in here with little to no knowledge of tiling but wanting to tile the kitchen floor. The staff were great and helped us out greatly. Each piece of equipment for each stage of the job was recommended and in the end, it felt like we came out with exactly what we needed. Pointless items of no use were not sold to use and the guy in the store was not pushy at all when selling. It felt very honest. The staff even loaded up the heavy tiles onto a trolley and helped us load the tiles into the car!
Fast forward a little bit and we have a completely new kitchen floor. Looks a lot better than the bare concrete that was there before.

M. F.Went into derby branch (ascot drive) and Dan & Dylan tried to unravel my disorganisation. I wanted to return unused goods, but had lost the receipt - yikes ! Then to further top off the problem I’d paid cash AND it was over 60 days ago ( outside official policy! ). Lots of other companies would just show you the door .... If anyone can find a more helpful customer facing pair than these guys then tell me as I want to buy from them .... dead impressed - thanks fellas , both are a credit and asset to Topps Tiles business
