Excellent customer service, I thought I had lost a set of keys in the store. The team went above and beyond in checking and getting back to me. Luckily I found the keys elsewhere but I felt the staff did everything they could to check . Thank you again for your excellent customer service

Was passing and wanted some cable clips but as I do not frequent the store I was not sure if they stock them . I asked a store assistant and was shown where they were and purchased a couple of packs at a very reasonable price. Will use again

The type of shop that stocks just about everything you need. That being said Wilkes has had some shortages thanks to delivery issues and import stock but they do their best to replace what they can with other versions.

Big selection and variety of choices for home and garden. Only thing I struggled with, is the layout of bit. There are alot of tgings in places where you would think they would be, but then find there in a completely different isles to what you'd expect. Maybe its just me? On the whole though, its wilko, not much you can't get from there.

Was very extremely happy with a member of staff called Kashmir. She was extremely helpful helping me find the items I needed plus putting batteries into a Christmas lantern so I could see how bright it was. Unlike the first member I asked for help who just pointed to where I could find the items I was looking for.

Staff are always rally polite here and most of them seem to go above and beyond for all their customers. Really good shop and at really low prices! Large variety of different things and they always have great deals on. Washing/laundry items are pretty much always on offer which is great. Only thing they could improve on is the dog toys. They usually have an amazing selection of dog toys but recently a lot has been out of stock.

I like Wilko a lot, the staff are moderately helpful. I would have appreciated a bit more thorougher help rather than "it's over there" when looking for an item that turned out to be the other side of the shop.. Having said that; their stock is really good and worth spending a lot of time looking over.

I visited the Derby city centre store during the CV19 pandemic following reopening and the shop was extremely well managed. An orderly queue outside (on a Saturday) and the number of shoppers entering the shop was managed to ensure there was plenty of room to shop without concern. This is one of the best managed shops I have visited. The shop is well stocked with a huge range of products at a great price.

Wilkos, well what can you say about them... They're great, always trying to keep up with new things, yet remember to keep some of the old things that still work as good as ever. I love the craft things they have for children which are great for rainy days and caravan holidays. We love Wilkos, I remember when they opened up, many moons ago. Thought I was living on cloud 9, cheaper prices, which they still try to keep, lots of new items which I hadn't seen before. They are well stocked up. Still as good as ever considering the competition they have these days. I'd be very sorry if they closed down like all these others. You're doing a great job Wilko, thank you to you all 😊👍👍👍

During COVID 19: Queuing outside during busy periods. Staff keep queue times as short as possible. I haven't had to queue after 5.30pm. Quite pleasant shopping experience. A couple of self scan (card only) tills introduced near exit. Staff were very helpful with scanning and checkout advice.

Fairly tidy and well stocked shop. Can always seems to find what you're looking for or the majority of items that you need. Staff seem helpful and everything is reasonably priced. Same as any Wilkos to be honest. My only bad point is that there doesn't seem to be any sort of queuing system. Yes we're humans and can stand in a straight line but it all seems to merge into one, making it seem a longer wait.

My wife attended the store today. We needed 4 large 5 litre tins of fence care product. I came to collect the tins in the car & the security officer not only helped with getting the tins to the car but waited for 10 minutes outside the store to warn me that I would be in grave danger of getting a ticket & for me to go to drive to the rear of the store to load up. Shops talk about customer service; this guy went above & beyond !! Many thanks you are a credit to the store.

Beats any other burger place because it was good 50 years ago and the basic ethos has not changed the train still runs round the high track the service is still relaxed and efficient the burgers are simple and honest at a fair price I worked there as a Saturday job Visited late at night after gigs with Dave berry Visit with family whenever we're in Sheffield Always get the melted cheese sauce with the burger Uncle Sam don't ever change !

Wilko is one of those old favourites that doesn't disappoint for price, choice and quality. But, and it's a big but for anyone with Aspergers like me, I just wish there were more staff or self serve tills, and not such a cramped area. The background music is too loud and and the lights are glarey, thank goodness for sunglasses 😎

Got what we wanted after other Wilco's had no stock of the masonary paint we wanted so well pleased just so heavy to get to the car. A great store if you do not want to buy heavy stuff. Had to pay INTU parking though. Parked by Matalan. £1.50 for 30 mins. Could order on line & delivery to store with free parking but the wait was 8 days.
