I was worried about getting the right people for the job as my husband works away from home for a few months at a time and I was responsible for finding who I could trust to do a good job as my husband had just left me the measurements for the bathroom which was recently renovated before we moved in but was a wet room and I was missing my soaks in the bath.
So I went along with my sister to the shop and explained my situation that I was nervous about letting people in whilst I was on my own but I was put at ease by the owners son who showed me around the shop and advised me what was going to fit and which showers worked best with the bath I had chosen. Next he arranged for the plumber to come and check the measurements so that he could plan the layout accordingly. I was able to keep my pvc cladding on the ceiling they took all the tiles off the floor and walls and did an amazing job as they found 3 lots of tiles on the walls but now it is properly sealed and the flooring is pvc nonslip.
I had to pop into the office a few times when I wasn't sure about things and I was put at ease by the owner who is a lovely lady who couldn't help enough to answer any questions.
The plumber and his apprentice who happened to be his son were very polite and professional worked hard under difficult extremely hot weather. Definitely 10 stars
