Absolutely love my bathroom bought in February 2017; from top to bottom, teamed with a good experience with a great fitter, I went on to order two more for my rentals and have recommended a few friends here now who are all more than happy with their bathrooms. Very easy to navigate the website with "you'll need" suggestions, my Shakespeare bath on feet is everything I ever wanted in a bath!! The bath for my rental property was great value and looks to be worth more than it actually was (lower priced P bath, tenants very happy with it) Great little sink unit with plenty of storage, fit in great (Bath Co I think). Delivery team were great guys, extremely helpful, insisting on heaving the bath upstairs ready for fitting (VP have an exceptionally handy room of choice option), was very impressed with that as the man of my house has a bad back and my fitter was on his own.
I did not get my original taps from VP and had big problems with the ebay jobbies I did get, started rusting after a few months and then the sink taps leaked overnight!! I bought replacements from VP a few months back and they have been perfect up to now, no rusting, look great; wish I had just bought them originally.

Received a delivery today and 6 out of 7 pieces were great - however the front panel for the bathtub had a noticeable mark and quite a few scratches. Victoria Plum bathroom, I ordered the Mode Ellis bath, basin and Mode Hardy bath and Mode Tate sink, oh wow absolutely stunning items, beautiful luxury, well made, easy to plumb in, the bottle trap is probably the most superior trap we've ever installed. Haven't finished installation yet but can't wait to use. Had an order error but was so easy to chat online to Rachel W who arranged a replacement swifty and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again for quality products, services and support. Thank you, will update with photos when completed installation.

On inspection I did notice a slight imperfection with my bath, however when I spoke to Andy in customer care he helped arrange a replacement within a couple of days as well as collection of the damaged bath and another item which I returned. Bought a bathroom suite from Victoria Plum last year that we had installed in September. The suite looks great and we've been really happy with our new bathroom.
Unfortunately noticed the toilet seat slipping out of alignment a few days back so took it apart to investigate further and the fixings used to hold the seat in place had snapped.
I wasn't sure if the seat (or fixings) would be under warranty but thought I'd check before we bought a new one. I spoke to a customer service rep named Toni via email and within a few messages and after submitting a photo of the damaged hinge they arranged a new seat and fixings pack to arrive within 2 working days.
Really pleased with their after sales service aftercare as you don't always see these experiences reviewed so wanted to share.

Ordered a bathroom suite with Victoria Plum recently for our new bathroom. We were impressed with the modern look of the items, as well as the quality, plus the price was great. Although a few things came damaged or were faulty (minor marks on items and one faulty sink basin), the customer service team have always been amazing at sorting any issues out for us and have sent replacement items out to us very quickly. The customer service team have all gone above and beyond every time and I'd have no problems recommending this company to friends and family members because of this.

Order via the website is no fuss and quick- great stuff. However, I went online as recommended by the FAQ to chat, because I needed to change my delivery date. I was transferred though to a member of their team quite efficiently. However I then waited for approx 10min to be told, thank you for my patience as the system was still loading. I was then left waiting again to the point I was logged out due to inactivity. I re logged in with my request in their chat services and was promptly transferred to Andy. It is a mixed bag with Victoria plum. I had several orders. The first one arrived all good, but i had to return the toilet and the back to wall unit because it was too big for my bathroom and stuck out like a sore thumb. This is where one star goes off. To return an item you got to pay £50. it is a bit excessive so whatever you are returning make sure it is more than that to make it worth your while. The second star goes out for the replacement toilet I ordered. I needed a closed coupled toilet as it was small enough to fit where i needed it. i ordered next day morning delivery so extra money on top of that and i get delivered 2 boxes one with the cistern unit, but the other was a back to wall unit which turned out was for someone else. Obviously i kicked off and given i had the plumber for limited time i had to make adjustment to the original back to wall toilet and box and return the wrong items. Refurbishment and house move is stressful enough, and it was one thing i didn't need. Other than that, i like their products, very stylish, some are a bit overpriced but i am sure you can find something to fit your budget. I like the next day delivery option which Wickes and others don't have for some bigger items but other than that good shop.
Update: the customer service is great on chat. It is a real person not some bot and they processed everything for me and got my refund. Overall pleased and would use them again just need to read the labels

The furniture for 2 bathrooms was stunning. Really liked the products. One of the shower trays was curved and should have been square. They were going to send a new one out but delivery to Northern Ireland is really poor. Takes forever. Spoke a few times to Andy on the online chat. He was really good, supportive and understanding. We bought all the pieces needed to install an en-suite and a cloak room. They arrived in good time at the date agreed. All items were checked for damage and no damage was seen. A few weeks later we got round to installing the shower tray on to the Riser Kit. On removing the thin proctective film from the shower tray, a hairline crack was seen half way round on the curved edge propogating about 15 cm into the tray. Customer services were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient in arranging a replacement. We are very pleased with the products and with the friendly back up service in support.

I have had a design done to extend and renovate my bathroom by victoria plumb. I have altered the design and products several times along the way until I got it how I wanted. UPDATE: 1 month passes and 4 polite email chases later, they have agreed and sent a replacement, so it's only fair I update this review and score, I'm still not recommending this place but certainly not encouraging anyone to avoid it now either (original review 1 star)...... Some top quality products, spent hundreds with these guys fantastic..... Until you have a problem, and then I must say I wish I would of read the reviews here. They do not respond waited 3 weeks for a response and have chased them politely 3 times complete with pictures. Was sold a defective bathroom cabinet, the mirrors back is breaking down and is unfixable I bought 2 for different rooms and the other is fine. It doesn't matter how much you like something they have for sale or its price, if you have a problem then your in a bad place, they are not worth the risk. I will not use this company again.

I've used VP in the past but this time has been a bit of a disaster. I placed the order in May this year and received my order on the 27th of July, however a large part of the order, the part sourced by a trusted partner failed to arrive. The Victoria Plum part of the order arrived in great condition and the delivery guys were so so careful. However the radiators and values I ordered at the same time never arrived and after 4 chase attempts by VP without any reply from the trusted partner I was eventually offered a refund. I had to quickly source the radiators from another supplier. Surprisingly though, unlike VP the radiators were purchased on a Friday and arrived on the following Monday, Same radiators, same brand and valves too. Had good experiences with VP in the past but this time they let me down and without chasing I feel I would still be sat here in limbo. Apart from all of this though the VP customer service team have always been understanding and tried to help. Still waiting for my refund but hopefully VP can deliver on this in time.

I was dealing with Lorrain and she was very helpful. we bought a number of goods back in January . One of the goods was a sliding shower door. Mode Tate Black 6mm sliding door 1200mm . My wife was taking a shower and the door exploded into 1000's of pieces all over her and ended up cutting her. I got in contact with the company and they agreed to replace straight away after I sent pictures.

Cannot fault Victoria Plum but Mode toilet was missing key part of cistern within Mode's own packaging. Had to contact VP twice via chat. The first time to deal with a return (I ordered the wrong style of toilet), which was arranged very smoothly. Been using Victoria Plum for a couple of years. I cannot understand the bad reviews as they have been excellent. Any problems, they have dealt with them straight away, and we generally receive a replacement the next working day.
The ease of placing order and being able to choose the delivery date is great, with the added bonus of being able to select a 10am - 2pm delivery slot (for a small extra charge), as it saves our engineer having to get to our customers at 7am. I am not sure if the booking system has changed, as I was not able to select a 10-2 delivery today which is a shame, but was able to book further ahead which a big plus.
The products are very good, and to be expected, an odd item has arrived damaged. The prices are very reasonable.
Overall we are very pleased with Victoria Plum, and will continue to use them for future orders. We would highly recommend them.
