Beautiful en-suite refurbishment and best customer service ever. From start to finish everyone involved in selling, fitting and following up we’re so friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are thinking of putting in a new bathroom.

We've just had our bathroom refurbished & it's absolutely amazing. I cannot give enough praise to the Bathroom Centre, Dalgety Bay. Their professionalism shone through from start to finish. We checked out a number of bathroom retailers but settled on Bathroom Centre mainly due to Ian who dealt with us in the showroom & also came to measure up. He gave us good & honest advice & was on hand throughout for any questions. There was a lot of work involved in the project as we wanted to knock through a wall into a double wardrobe to create more space. The work was completed in a week with minimum disruption & mess & to a very high standard. I must also give high praise to the fitters, Sean & his team. They were polite, extremely hard-working, meticulous & cleaned up every evening. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end bathroom at reasonable cost. You will not be disappointed.

Love , love, love our bathroom conversion to a new shower room, an excellent job from start to finish. It was so easy to book an appointment for a quote, then another for a visit to the centre through their website, where we were looked after by Caroline who was amazing at helping us choose what we needed. Time scale from quote to fully finished shower room was exactly four weeks 😍. Gordon Smith did a brilliant job and kept us informed the whole way through. Any niggles were sorted out easily and promptly, thanks again The Bathroom Centre Fife. 🥰

We were initially not looking forward to the hassle and mess involved with any renovation project but very impressed with the complete service from Bathroom Centre Fife. The Fitting team ( Sean, Liam and Jay) arrived on time daily and worked really hard, long hours all week to get our en-suite refitted to an exceptional standard. We are so pleased with Sean and the guys standard of customer care, work ethic, work standards and professionalism throughout the week that we are going to return to Bathroom Centre Fife soon and request the same team to undertake our bathroom refit. It’s very rare to find a 100% positive experience with renovation work so we just wanted to give full credit and our thanks to the team.

Recently had my old bathroom ripped out and a new one installed, it looks amazing. My experience in dealing with Alex at the Bathroom Centre was great with no sales pressure. Just had our bathroom completed by Bathroom Centre Fife and if I could have rated them 10 stars I would. Amazing company to deal with and completely transformed our old outdated 70s bathroom to a luxurious modern one. The team are highly experienced and Neall and Aaron really helped shape and design our bathroom into something spectacular. Our fitter Zack was equally impressive, working hard all week to deliver an exceptional finish. Price was great compared with other local companies but this did not minimise the vast amount of options that we had when selecting our dream bathroom. Highly recommended and would 100 % use them again.

We’ve just had our en-suite completely remodelled by Bathroom Centre Stirling and I am very pleased indeed with the outcome. Bernadette and Alan worked hard to incorporate our requests and revise the quote over several iterations. The final plan and image looks uncannily similar to what has been installed! The installation team deserve special mention. James and his sons Robert, Stephen and Jamie worked really hard to get the work done in good time. Unexpected difficulties discovered when the old bathroom was removed were overcome with minimal impact on the original design. They left the place tidy every day and happily came back on Saturday to get the job done ASAP. Great job thank you.

The bathroom was fitted by Michael and Scott and they left an absolutely awesome job with Neil Macintosh ably assisting with the electrical work. Had a new bathroom fitted last week. It looks absolutely stunning and was long overdue. It is also easier to use and to clean. It was fitted by Zac who was extremely helpful and considerate - nothing was too much trouble for him. He has made a terrific job of it and I thank him and his colleagues for their assistance throughout the whole experience.

Fitters: Gareth, Graeme, Darren and Keith The folks at the Bathroom Centre were very helpful. Elaine took me around their well arranged showroom and helped me to choose the fittings and style of the bathroom. When there was a small problem, Alex provided me with several acceptable options to resolve the issue. I cannot praise the team of fitters enough. At the start they were able to assess the situation and suggested changes to my original design, all the suggested alterations proved to be welcome improvements. Throughout the fitting they kept me informed as to the progress and would consult with me if there were any decisions to be made, I felt that they very much wanted to give me the best bathroom they possibly could. They all worked with diligence and their attention to accuracy was exceptional. I also found them all to be polite, respectful, friendly, and to have a refreshingly good attitude that made them a pleasure to be around. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the Bathroom Centre and, in particular, this team of fitters.

5* Excellent service from Neall with helping us get the right look that we wanted. Smooth from start to finish. Fraser and Mark came to rip out and fit my new bathroom, they were on time, courteous, polite and done a marvelous job. I want them back weekly to do the tidying up as they done it better than my husband my carpet hasn't looked so great. The tiler was good but I never met him my husband dealt with him. The staff at the Stirling showroom were the first ones to deal with and they were fantastic too. Thank you guys for a lovely quick job started on Monday finished on Friday. I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM

Our shower room was cleared and installed in less than four days and we are delighted with it! We initially obtained quotes from a couple of places then we were recommended the BCS. Neall visited our house the next day and provided us a quote later that evening. This was the most competitive price we received and it did not change at any point. The installation team were excellent and there was minimal disruption - we even agreed a couple minor changes, which they were happy to accommodate. Neall contacted us throughout and after completion to ensure everything was as it should be. I would recommend the Bathroom Centre Fife to anyone reading this review.

The team have been great especially Jake and his guys and the team of tilers, nothing was too much trouble, they have a great “ CAN DO“ attitude which is very pleasant in young tradesmen nowadays They covered and looked after our carpets and wooden floors and even cleaned them every night before they left. I'm delighted with my new bathrooms , had a main bathroom an ensuite and a cloakroom all done .I can't recommend Jakes ' fitting team too highly they were brilliant , and tried to make a messy job easiest to deal with . Nothing was too much trouble .Jake used a sub contractor for a bit of the work as there was a lot to do and when Jake saw his work he insisted it was sub his standards and had it all ripped out and his own team re-did it . Incredible integrity ! Expensive , but I believe very competetive and great quality .
