Soffits guttering and complex finials recently provided and installed in hardwood by this first class company. I have used many times for joinery projects ranging from interior doors to staircases. There are firms at first sight appearing cheaper than Arbor, equally, there are more expensive, one gets what one pays for. There are none I have experienced, (at any price) that are as skilled, throrough, obliging and genuine, delivering premium work at fair rates. They truly set the bar for great customer service and eye for detail. I would truly take some persuasion to go elsewhere now. Top notch!

I googled timber stores near me and found arbor Timbers and had a quick look at the reviews and noticed a 1 star complaining about the service, never the less there were plenty 5 stars, so I decided to pay them a visit to see if they had what I needed for my fencing project, I was very happy to be greeted by David whom had a look at my pic of what I required, ie a fence and gate extending, he went to the effort of going and getting the fence post and base along with suggested bolts for mounting, to show me what I would need, we also had a chat in general, they not only had what I required but would cut the wood to size also, credit where credit due, I will be using Arbor for any of my wood requirements that I may have. 👍

This is always my preferred business to visit when I wish to purchase wood. The establishment stock and sell an incredibly large range of wood from dressed wood to fencing. Although I have only purchased wood for fencing etc from visits I have noticed that the establishment also sell decking, doors , door canopies and a range of wood products. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and always happy to cut wood to required sizes. The establishment has a good sized free car park and their Covid-19 prevention procedures are excellent! I cannot recommend this business highly enough! 😁👍

Okay, so i would give my first visit a 5* becuase the service was more than i could have asked for as i only payed for the wood that i used and it was all cut, the wood is very good quality and a very good price too. Unfortunatly my second visit did not go as well as we had to pay for the whole sheet of mdf when we only wanted 1/3rd of it which we were not planning on so we had to take the offcuts which were annoying to take back. Overall if you order in bulk then it is very good but if you want smaller pices try asking them what they have first so you can get a better deal.

This is one of the few remaining small builders merchants in the area, offering all requirements for local builders, joiners,and diy alike, offeringna full wood cutting and mwchining service from staff that have a wealth of experience in the building supply industry, delivery is available on everything, all in all a superbly run local business.
