After purchasing the wrong shower tray from another supplier I contacted Bella Bathrooms as I urgently needed a replacement as the fitter was on stop without it. Fantastic service, good prices and very quick delivery. The shower screens and trays we ordered are great quality, the plumber even commented on how good they were. We noticed one of the small plastic parts was cracked, we assume in transit so we contacted Danielle in the customer services department who dealt with the issue. Delivery arrangements could do with being a bit more specific. 'Within the next 48 hours' is not an ideal indication especially when waiting in an empty house ... and then for the delivery driver to run out of time at 4.30 pm & turned up the next morning. Despite the customer service assistant telling me a little porky ...'that he was still on his way' !! Basin was damaged but was replaced super quick. Despite all of the above .. the prices, choice and quality are excellent ... definitely buy here again. Thanks

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a mirror that arrived months ago and was missing instructions and a couple of minor parts. Despite the time that had elapsed, Bella (thanks Calum) responded to my problem and got me instructions and spares so I can hang the mirror as designed. While it would be good not to have a problem, the fact that they went above and beyond a long time after the purchase was made makes me confident they are keen on their customers being happy, which I am. :D

However, the customer service from Rachel has been outstanding every time. She has dealt with the problem so quickly and helped us find the right solution. I recently placed two orders with Bella Bathrooms and found them to be an excellent supplier in respect of the goods I ordered. We ordered from the Premier range and from my initial contact to point of order they were first class, The communication was good and my goods were delivered on schedule. Several weeks after delivery I did encounter a problem with a broken cistern lid. This was not found until the plumber was doing his installation. It was impossible to say exactly when it had been broken but I contacted Bella Bathrooms and spoke with Callum. I sent pictures and they spoke with their supplier and my issue rectified. We are planning to refurbish another bathroom in the New Year and we will once again be speaking with Bella Bathrooms. A good supplier with excellent customer service.....Well Done !

As well as selling gorgeous bathrooms, Bella Bathrooms' Customer Service is exceptional. I needed to add something to an order last minute because I forgot, gave them a quick call and they did it no problem, so I could avoid having to pay for another postage fee. A Shower Bar I bought from them became lose only after a few months of use, and they went to Premier Bathrooms and secured a replacement free of charge. I can only say they are just amazing and I 100% recommend using them.

Great customer service! The new toilet cistern we ordered arrived chipped. When we reported this, even though it was a few days after it had been delivered, no questions were asked and a replacement was sent out. To our dismay that was also chipped, and worse than the first one! It was obviously a problem with the way it had been packed at the source factory and the handling in transit. We reported it again, and again Bella Bathrooms were very understanding and helpful. A new one was again sent out, this time well-wrapped in protective plastic. Cannot fault the customer service..which makes a huge difference in a crowded and competitive market place. Would certainly consider buying from them again and recommending them.

After wicks failed to deliver my bathroom twice I went online and found Bella bathrooms I ordered bath basin, toilet fitted units and all the bits to go with,I did this at 11.30 pm on a Sunday night I spoke with Danielle the next day just to make sure I had ordered everything I needed, she was incredibly helpful and I ordered the other bits I needed ,later that day I got an email saying that my delivery would be the next day Tuesday, I work so I asked if I could give me a rough time not only did they give me a rough time they asked the driver to give me a call half an hour before, when the delivery was late I emailed Danielle and she did her best to find out what had happened, the delivery was late but it arrived. The bathroom is now fitted and looks amazing the quality is fantastic and the price was a lot better than wicks. I would highly recommend Bella bathrooms and would definitely use them again.

Ordered the Moods P-Shape Bath with curved screen and have been happy so far. I had an issue trying to arrange delivery which Rachael handled promptly and politely - excellent customer service throughout and an asset to the team. One item did arrive broken, but at my request this was refunded with no issues, none of this backwards and forwards arguing I've experienced elsewhere. Even passed on my feedback as the website was unclear that this particular bath did include the front panel (no need to buy separately which increased value for money). Bought a tap set from Bella last year, best value I could find after extensive browsing. 18mth later I had cause to get in touch regarding an issue with the tap. I got a same day response and also same day resolution, couldn't have been more pleased. We've had great customer service from Bella Bathrooms. We ordered a radiator from them last year but a few months ago it developed a leak. We contacted Bella who straightaway sorted a replacement to be sent out by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors on the part of the manufacturer and its courier company (and nothing to do with Bella) meant that it took around 4 months before we finally received a satisfactory replacement. During this extremely frustrating period, we were helped by the friendly and efficient Rachael at Bella. She was proactive in diarising restocking dates and following up with the manufacturer on our behalf and kept us informed throughout. Long story short, due to the errors, the manufacturer said they would reimburse us the cost of the radiator. Bella, who we purchased the radiator from, refunded us straightaway before they received the credit from the manufacturer. We would have no qualms ordering from Bella again given how they (in particular Rachael) dealt with our issue.

Highly recommended!! - I dealt with Rachael who was knowledgeable and efficient. She helped me identify the products I needed their web site to complete my bathroom project. I placed my order and it arrived on time and was in budget. When it was time to install the bathroom we came across a couple of glitches, but Rachael worked with manufacturers to resolve them quickly and to my absolute satisfaction. Sometimes its not until there's a problem that you really test a supplier, and on this occasion these guys truly excelled themselves.
