Great experience from the My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom in Edinburgh. Nathan the designer was so helpful and nothing was too much bother. The installation was completed by Steve and Ewan and the end result is fantastic. Happy to recommend.

Had my bathroom done last year. Rather stressful experience with poor finishing. Only lucky that they did not brake the boiler. Empty gaps left in the corner, and next to the window. Wall not sanded properly but left with visible elevation in between the plastering boards. Very slanted radiator and missing sealing under the shower. I'm happy and lucky that everything is working but this is not a good standard and yes I was in touch with them later to do some simple job but eventually they were too busy to come back to me. Bathroom was was done in the middle of covid pandemic so I thought I will address above issues myself. Still when I think about the money I spent and the poor finishing that I got it is slightly annoying, therefore this late review. Owner's response below sounds like an effort to undermine everything that I wrote and is obviously defensive. This will not change the fact that the service is not great and everything was done in a crazy rush (contractors doing two jobs in one time - madness). I don't and will not dwell on these because I know how hard is to find a decent service in general. And I appreciate contractors hard work. Kudos to Steven as he was the only professional in the team dealing with my bathroom. Suggestion to the shop: you should check the quality of the completed work of your contractors instead of rushing the client with the rest of the money. You should ask call/email the customer and ask for feedback. I have found the shop service useless and now simply annoying.
