P. H.Have had 2 bathroom kits from Wilsons now and am totally happy with what we have had. Recently a glass panel for one of our showers shattered and although out of warranty Wilsons contacted the manufacturer who agreed to replace the item free of charge. Our particular thanks to Jackie who sorted everything out and arranged for the delivery for us - first class. Also a big thanks to the driver who carried the new panel right into the house where we could then fit it. With so much being done on line it is nice to find a local company where service still counts.
S. P.Although I had to make an appointment online due to Covid restrictions, got an appointment the very next day. Although I already had a reasonable idea of what I was looking for from their website for my renovated shower room, was shown the products and alternatives from a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Hwas able to show me the products, suggest alternatives and advise on sizes, materials and practicalities and on matching their wetwall range with floortiles I am sourcing elsewhere. They had a good range of displays and for someone like me who is not at all technically minded and a bit indecisive when offered too much choice, I would recommend whole heartedly.
