Unfortunately there was a 4-5 week wait for repairs, when we called. However, nice and friendly phone manner and a reasonable price quoted for repair. Will keep a note of their number and use them in the future.

Mower servicing by professionally trained engineers, great range of quality garden and landscaping machinery on sale too. Best of all is the customer service, nothing seems to be to much trouble and loyalty is rewarded.

Fantastic service. Lawnmower came back looking like new and importantly ran like new. Highly recommend. During the spring and summer months expect to wait a few weeks. Wish they'd open a shop in Renfrewshire.

2 phone calls to this department for the Mculloch repair centre was treated with the utmost professionalism I have witnessed in a long time. Respect and knowledge I won't ever forget, the admin girl was supposed to have gone too lunch (Jennifer) stayed until the fault was repaired thank you and I know where my McCulloch lawn mower will be serviced.
