J. 5.A really do love popping into this store when am shopping in retail park my reason why staff very helpful happy this store also offers amazing products prices are great my overall opinion using my recent visits products are well priced they well worth buying blinds cushions paints £££ fab love this store 😩any advice will be gratefully appreciated this is my livingroom using Manhattan grey over aff white walls 3 coats later started over 2 weeks ago .a dud scrape bit main wall on god hate diy as u see . wallpaper for main mainwall..!! when,how who? just plod along try gee myself kick up the Jaksy as we say lol
S. K.Store checkout personnel excellent. Not many helpers in aisles, however. Not too busy late afternoon. Had to return some items …. absolutely straightforward.
U. D.I really like this store, as it has one ground floor so you don't need to consider elevator or escalator and everything just in floor.
Not just that, but in this store you can find many lines other stores don't have.
Floor assistant can be reach from B&Q personnel with hunger to help and guides.

L. H.This is my local B&Q and have always had great experiences! Staff are always helpful if I had needed assistance. Lots of parking and disabled access is brilliant with it all being one floor ! Only negative is the carpark could do with resurfacing but that isn’t B&qs fault
A. W.Football stadium sized B& Q in Strathkelvin Retail Park in Bishopbriggs featuring all the usual B& Q products for the home improvements. B& Q doesn't realistically have a competitor on the high street and has become a British institution but it does have good products although it's hard to compare value for money. This store has a good garden department with some great plants.
S. R.Was relatively busy, but queues were quickly handled. Would help immensely if their website went back to telling the customer which aisle a particular item was located, rather then being made to feel like Dora the Explorer, in order to locate what they went in to buy!!

J. V.It was quite busy. I only went in to get 6 keys cut. I was well impressed they have a key cutting machine. How Hi-Tech. Had a wee wonder around as they have some really nice house plants that I thought I'd buy. Good to get out the house for an hour due to this pandemic.

D.Got some lovely plants, but l was disappointed to see some very dried up plants that had not been watered & when there, saw someone watering plants but all that they did was wet the greenery & the soil was still dry, maybe some training required for inexperienced members of staff, this could save the loss of plants, apart from that staff really lovely & friendly

A. L.Great! Store controls numbers of shoppers, has a one way system, 2m spaced boxes for queuing at checkouts. Usual huge range of products. Friendly helpful staff. And lots of convenient parking.
S. G.Always enjoy getting products from here. Can't help dive into the clearance section, always a good bargain, in fact I got a new drill and impact driver set from it. Awesome! Sometimes stock isn't always there, but easy to order and come back.

J.Great friendly staff, I was there just to pick tiles and paint for my new bathroom, the staff managed to get me booked in to a session with a colleague, who can design the bathroom based on my size, pick suitable furniture, at reasonable prices, shown a mock up design of how they could remodel my bathroom, with various options on tiles, wet wall, and colours was amazing.
With various new design layouts, they helped me choose suitable tiles and the bathroom suite which was best suited for my house and family which was ideal, they listened to what I wanted and managed to narrow it down to the exact option I require. Can’t praise them enough thank so much again. Made a stressful time, and actually made it more enjoyable.

A. O.Usual good B&Q quality and service. Though I bought something that turned out to be a return I think, as the instructions were missing and the packaging didn't have the original packing tape. Luckily it wasn't a problem but something to lookout for.

Went in for planters came out with 2 buckets 2 planters and a beautiful daisy type flower which still has plenty of heads on it but was a wee bit wonky in its growth. I love it ! Supposed to be 8.50 I got it for 4.25 and its planted up in a new planter . Plenty of compost and a good drink beautiful !
A great selection of pretty flowers ,vibrant colours and if ur lucky u can grab a bargain .
M. H.Big B&Q with loads of car parking spaces outside. Seems to have a better range than Parkhead or Coatbridge stores, where I would normally go to. The Staff were also a lot more helpful in this store which can make a huge difference if you have any questions.
P. S.Not impressed got what we needed but areas sectioned off eg grow bags were in that area and had to reach through from other side . The bags should have been accessible. Lady at checkout a bit off hand move back trolley had to be scanned of goods moved back a bit impolite and what diffrence does it make now .She was keen to chat to a colleague after our sale and was right next to her ... dah

J. V.I just went in to get keys cut. I was actually very surprised that they do them in store. It's very hi-tech. It's a machine that copies your key then cuts as many as 3. Had a wee wander around B&Q, but not for long as I wanted to respect staying at home to save lives. But, recommend it if you just need to get out for fresh air as I was becoming closed in, in my flat. Anyway im ranting on, time to go. Lol 😆
N.I had to get a fence latch as my old one had broken and the dog would have escaped without it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this store (and likely all b and q stores) really takes covid seriously. Lots of people keeping shippers from flaunting the social distancing rules and great staff. Not a fan of going places for essentials at the moment due to peoples relaxed attitudes, but b & q were brilliant.

E. B.B&Q at Bishopbriggs has all the measures they can put in place which is good.. Only thing is on our first visit 3 members of staff came very close to us on separate occasions and I pointed out the giant floor markings stating 2m but they ignored it. On our 2nd visit today the staff were fine.. It was the customers all entering the store not using hand sanitiser provided which is worrying. You can't win
G. R.Usually a litle more expensive than other merchants, and can get very busy at peak times. It opens at 7am however, if you need anything early.

N. H.I keep bumping into people I know here. I was returning a wire decking brush here and the woman in front went to school with me. Unfortunately the brush brushed my nose and cut it, so she probably thought I was a nutter when we were chatting.
The store is always well stocked and maintained, and the staff are pretty helpful.
Doesn't take contactless payment, and some self service tills are card only, so worth planning ahead for payment.

I. K.I was confused that I was buying a spacific amount if floor tiles 12 to be exact. Only to find out that I was one short because although there are loose tiles in display you can buy boxes only. The assistant was very nice and polite but refused to get a price for the odd tile.
S. W.Staff were very helpful in this store. Was served by a very chatty and helpful man who gave us advise on some of the products we bought. The only downside to this store is if you are coming from the city centre it is quite out of the way and feels like you take longer on the road to get there.

D.It's a B&Q, if you don't mind paying more for branded products or are willing to try your luck with inferior quality own brand, then h this is the company to deal with. As a store this is much the same as any other.

j. n.Much the same as all B&Q stores. You go there for the convenience of picking up what you want a slightly higher, sometimes much higher price than online and also to ask advice. Three stars is simply for the fact that it's almost impossible to find a member of staff to help you in this one. If you need paint mixing good luck with finding an assistant who can help with that!
