I think you could teach your manager, Paul, a thing or two about interpersonal skills. I felt very uncomfortable after my brief encounter with him. Great job alienating a very genuine & potentially frequent customer. I will not be returning.

Super friendly and helpful sales ladies and to cap it all it smells like a proper old school hardware store. Sadly shops like this are disappearing because of the big nationals which is a real shame.Totally recommend.
