N. P.Ordered a permaflex marshalltown trowel, delivered by dpd packaging was poor to be honest and no surprise, the blade was bent! Quick phonecall to the store and they replaced it the same day. Great service.
S.Ordered mid morning and delivered early evening next day. They have the best prices for genuine Dewalt gear in the UK, always in stock and offer Klarna finance, which I’ve used to get two tools that I wouldn’t have normally been able to afford in one hit! Highly recommend

Ordering was easy quotes free delivery (subject to spend amount) amazed I was advised it would arrive the next day. Queried such an early delivery date with customer services, extremely helpful advising can change delivery address using DPD app if needed to. DPD communication was excellent with continual delivery ETA updates. No changes required as It did arrive the next day (in the morning), I was amazed. Will continue to use Toolstop in the future.

J. L.Appalling delivery arrangement through APC. Popped out for a few minutes only to get a note saying that they had missed me and that I could collect from a depot 20 miles away, or telephone for a redelivery. Said to call Tendring Express but left no telephone number. Why??
I had to go online to get it then waited and waited for them to answer.
A recorded message stated that their staff would not take abuse from customers. Oh great!!
Eventually got through only to be told it could be any time next day but could not say when and that they would not leave anything behind without a signature and could not leave it with a neighbour.
Eventually calked Toolstop to complain. Have left it in their hands.
Still waiting for my plane.
UPDATE. Toolstop sorted this out and the plane was delivered 48 hours later. Also, happy with my purchase. I have upped my star rating from 1 to 3.
k. p.Ordered a demolition hammer and some points/chisels for a super price. Was a delay on delivery due to courier issues but no fault of toolstop. Called to see what was going on and received top class service. On my doorstep the following day. Will definitely use them again
