Haven't been here in a while and I like what they've done with the place. Much nicer showroom than before. Open, bright, everything nicely set up, good range of products. Prices are OK in my opinion. Small que of people before me. My order was processed quickly. I had to wait around 20 min. for collection, but not a problem for me. One thing I didn't like was the customer toilets. Yes, they're clean, but the gloss tiles on the floor is not a good idea. Tiles were wet from people washing and drying their hands and it was an ice rink.

I've visited Wholesale Domestic on three occasions and had the same very cool re option each. Assistants try to ignore you and seem very reluctant to acknowledge your presence when standing in front of the reception / sales desk. That said, there products appear to be of decent quality and a fair price. They have a good selection of all types of products. Worth a visit, if you can get a salesperson to acknowledge your presence.

We have recently upgraded our bathroom. Initially we visited Wholesale Domestic for an ideas what to do. We left with loads of ideas swimming around in our heads and were totally confused. We contacted a local tiler and plumber to do the work. We returned early one Saturday morning I asked the man on the desk if he could go round with us and take note of what we required. His name is Barry and he was fantastic, he made what we thought was going to be a difficult job, so easy and in a relaxed manner. He was so helpful from beginning to the end. The excellent customer care continued with the 2 delivery guys, they knew exactly what they were looking for in the van. Our fitters had a problem with the shower door, they returned to store and it was exchanged without any problems. We can thoroughly recommend Wholesale Domestic Bathroom Superstore without hesitation. Highly trained staff in both the products stocked and customer care.

I bought tiles, a shower tray and a shower screen from them when I was renovating my ensuite. They were very helpful and called to let me know when I should expect the delivery. The shower tray had a defect and I took it back for a replacement and Wholesale replaced it straight away.

Order delivered promptly, damage to 2 tubes of mastic and problem was sorted by Callum in customer care later had 1 panel of shower wall board damaged and was dealt with very promptly again by Callum. Can not praise this company enough would use them again

Loads of products to view, only disappointment was that after giving staff toilet floor measurements and they then working out how many boxes of tiles I required, I was left with a full sealed box and they refused to take back.. Issue with that is that they worked out quantity and supplied too much..

Ordered over £1200 worth of goods which are still to be fitted yet, however when I placed my order online and it states free delivery that's exactly what I expect considering the amount of money spent. But no; you have to pay an additional £50 for a two man delivery otherwise they leave it at the side of the kerb which is an absolute joke. Also when I placed my order I checked if all the items were in stock which they were, the website quotes between 2-5 working days for delivery. I waited over a week and never heard a word from them, when I phoned they weren't at all helpful and when I asked when my items would be delivered they seemed completely unsure? This was a Friday phone call and the bloke told to expect my delivery the following Wednesday but I would need to call on the Tuesday to get a 4 hour window for the goods to be delivered. Called on the Tuesday to end speaking to some young girl on the phone who said it would be between 9am and 6pm! I told that this was not on and I would be taking time of work for an entire day because they could get the dispatch process ironed out, customer service is a joke, trust me I'm a manager in customer services and I would've sack this girl for treating customers the way she did me.

When I enquired about a spare part for a shower I purchased last year, the service I received was outstanding. Needless to say, the correct part was identified, sourced and supplied without delay and fitting advice given, all in jig-time. I really can't praise them highly enough.

A bathroom cabinet which is what is said on the web. This was brilliantly protected in its cardboard box followed by expanded polystyrene strips all round and then shrink wrapped in plastic so it arrived unblemished as well as in good time. I knew from the price that walnut finish wouldn't mean veneer but only wood effect plastic over chipboard, but it looks good enough for me. Comes assembled, a little awkward to carry given size and weight (14Kg marked on box).

bought the alisha suite, easy to fit till you come to the soil pipe which needs 2 people with pry bars, and then there's the flush pipe, again very difficult to fit as the washer at the bowl is too firm. Also wrong size of hole given and there were no brackets for fitting the pan to the floor, as i am not a plumber you would expect the staff to point it out that brackets had to be bought separately, unfortunately i had fitted everything and went to screw the pan to the floor when i realised it needed special brackets. don't know if i will take the bowl back of as fitting was a nightmare.

I would like to comment on the free delivery advert if you spend £500 or over, I spent over £1,000 and was told if I wanted my order in my house I would have to pay another £37 for 2 men to deliver so my goods will only be left on the pavement that was in December 2014 I am happy with the products not the service they advertise
