I called in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon and wasnt sure what I was looking for to match some existing tiles. They were really helpful and didnt rush me considering the time. Really pleased with my purchase.

Moving to Gloucester recently I shopped for 6 rooms in my house here. On arrival staff are welcoming and friendly. I have asked their opinions on a few things and they have given me their views and given me suggestions. Good communication from start to finish of the ordering process and a good selection of tiles available in store. I visited other tile showrooms in the area prior to this store and they don’t compare when it comes to the staff being friendly and knowledgeable.

Competitielvely priced, top spec, great quality, wide selection and easy availability. Hats off to the shop staff (Store manager-Isobel (Izzy), Steve, Ian and Tom).... such dedication, approachability, professionalism and helpfulness .... my shopping-around for tiling/ flooring ended with one visit to tile giant! The most important aspect was the aftersales support: the additional orders, the advice/ guidance and the customer-friendly returns made my shopping experience a "nothing more than ask" one! Tile Giant Gloucester. Brilliant helpful staff, I placed an order 10 minutes before they closed on Sunday and was told my order would be there for collection on Wednesday. They called me on Tuesday to say all products were ready for collection. We had changed are minds on the grout and adhesive we wanted which was not a problem at all, they changed both products. Will definitely be going them again when we do our kitchen. Highly recommended

Purchased Brooklyn Lux tiles for my en suite bathroom, they look stunning and the service we received (particularly from Andrew) at the Gloucesterbranch was second to none, he went out of his way to help and even calculated the size of underfloor heating kit we needed. Refreshing change, trained staff with genuine caring customer service. The staff here really go the extra mile to ensure their product knowledge is second to none. I have used this store countless times as a professional tiler and they are always available in store or on the end of the phone to help calculate and advise when difficult situations arise with innovative solutions and great product knowledge. If you are not sure which product to use where and if you struggle to visualise the final design, the staff help my customers with the I design tool and give advice on adhesives and substrates to enable my customers make informed decisions and choose products suitable for me to fit and create excellent bathrooms, kitchens and floorings. Thank you Tile Giant Gloucester and keep up the good work.

Andrew was more than happy to spend time talking us through all of the option for tiles and underfloor heating with no pressure to purchase. Selection of tiles were perfect for what we needed and with them doing underfloor heating too it made buying in 1 place easy. Kids have a small area with toy bricks and colouring in to keep them busy. Left with tiles and underfloor heating so very happy and will be back for bathroom tiles and accessories. Also take a couple of £ with you as they are collecting for help for heroes.
