Let me start by complimenting the staff member who tried his very best to help us. Thank you. However, the situation with their own-brand paint is deplorable. How can the same number and name of paint (225 - Rock pool) be 2 totally different colours and none of the outer shade labels match the paint either, including on the tester!!!! Which tin contains the colour I want? Your guess is as good as mine.

I like this place. Plenty of room to move. Only complaint is the metal work outside like fence post holders look very rusty, as was a section with small metal mesh. The tarmac bags looked ancient and this stuff needs price labels clearly sited. The paint section seems to have a boring colour range. I tried 3 different wall colours in one room and despite sample paint (which on one occasion didn't match the big tin and it had correct number) I ended up with the usual magnolia.

Tap for bathroom missing clamps, served by a lovely young lady all sorted even sent me next door for flexible hoses and they were free great end result new sink in and looks great

Having arrived, there was a 10 minutes wait to get in due to the limit on the number of people in the store. Went shopping for fence panels which was slightly tricky in the wind, with no assistance from shop staff for obvious reasons. Reasonable product at a reasonable price, overall quite happy with the result.

Good experience. Went to collect an order of grow bags as everywhere else is sold out. Prompt service and polite staff. Order was all ready there for collection on a trolley for me. One slight downside - staff member walked right past me not maintaining the 2m distance.....and on the back of her high-viz was a reminder about keeping the 2m distance! Please practise what you preach!

The store itself was fine. Lots of parking, suitable covid measures etc. However, when it came to paying, there was nobody at the tills for about 5 minutes and staff who became aware of this seemed uninterested in resolving the situation even as the queue length increased.

Thats twice that I have been to this branch during this pandemic . On both occasions met at the entrance by mature polite helpful staff who appear to be there to genuinely assist the customer. inside the store a relaxed atmosphere where everyone just gets on with being sensible, & finally till staff who don't act as though they have just lost a family member. Most refreshing.

According to their web site they had plenty of bags of building sand but I could find none. Bought plastering sand instead as only slightly coarser. Had to queue despite latest COVID rules being reduced to 1m and not many people on store and no queue at the till.

Excellent service. Visited today and helpful member of staff looked up stock at other stores for me when item was not in stock, offered me a plaster when I scratched myself on wire netting and even tried to help me find the nitwit who had parked me in in the car park. Thank you!

came in a few days ago to buy some nice bathroom tiles...service was lovely there was a nice atmosphere around the staff but..there was a young lady wearing a name badge that who i overheared talking to one of her staff members in a disrespctful manner...this made my wife uncomfrtable the tiles were fine, i returned 2 packs as didnt need them again service was lovely this time around

It's usually got some stuff I need but stocks can be low and it seems that some really rotten people nick stuff out of packs, do check it not been tampered with. I normally have to use another place to get the rest.

This small version of the well known DIY store has some of the stuff we need. Don't expect to get everything you need here.

I use wicks all the time but it slowly gone down hill. I went to buy a length of wood that I needed in half but when I enquired if u could borrow a saw the young lad told me that it was strictly prohibited to cut on site due to health and safety. Isn't about time some people used there common sense? It not like it was busy you'd of thought they would be glad of the sale.
