Today Dan provided us with his extensive knowledge and fantastic customer service while looking for tiles for our new en-suite, thankfully he pointed things out that were not so obvious to us that helped us make the right choice of tiles and grout colour. Honestly Hereford hadn't been the friendliest place for customer service in most shops but Dan went above and beyond and was there past closing time helping me load the tiles in the van. Top service thanks.

We visited the store on Sat 23/10/21 in a bit of a panic (long story), as we had to find some tiles that day to use as a skirting board around our log burner hearth. Again Dan was there to save the day and he was as usual very helpful and full of knowledge and guidance that we so desperately needed. He spent so much time with us even though it wasn't going to be a huge order. Can't praise him, his colleagues and their store in Hereford high enough - absolutely brilliant. You will always be our first point of call Dan and we will not hesitate to recommend to others. PS; we love the disco part of the store.

Hereford Tile Giant is a great place to go to if you're looking for a wide range of tiles for your latest project. All of the sales team are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The mosaic tiles we'd ordered arrived in store well within the week. Our tiler was delighted we could pick them up so promptly. There's easy parking just outside the store which is conveniently situated near a range of other home improvement stores.

Great customer service pre ordered with Jarrad as tiles out off stock and with help off Dan gave me great advice with what adhesives we needed for floor and wall tiles and how much we needed. Will definitely be back for kitchen tiles. 5* service

Ordered large quantity of tiles for a customer. I was told that I would be contacted when they arrived (estimated 4-5 days). I was contacted by Jarrad 4 days later. Jarrad even loaded tiles into my van. Cannot fault Jarrad's helpfulness, knowledge & general politeness. I always recommend Tile Giant to my customers as the Hereford branch has a great choice of tiles & I know my customers will be well looked after by them.
