S.Brilliant, for example, i forgot I needed 2 x 1 tonne bags of ballast and this was a Friday morning, rang them up spoke to Billy explained my problem and he said hold on a minute I'll go and speak to ginge. Came back and said yea we can deliver to you Saturday morning first thing. So I goes in to pay and said to ginge if it would make your guys lives easier you can drop it off today?? . Thought no more about it then 3 hours later my misses says to me there a tudors lorry baking up the drive.. couldn't believe it. Now thats what you call service. Well done lads.

On 3 occasions I’ve been to the roofing dept & on each occasion I’ve left thinking I must remember never to go there again! The lack of enthusiasm is incredible & I want to shout if you don’t enjoy your job go and do something else. I’m doing a sizeable self build but really resent given you any more money. I’m all for buying local but these employees definitely need a lesson on customer service.

M. C.A bit dodgy on the listening front from the counter, but yard staff very helpful and I got what I wanted at reasonable price.
N. H.Good value on some things, particularly on bulk stuff. Much of their stuff in the shop is not priced which sometimes can lead to you paying significantly more than you need to. E.g. I bought 1000 plasterboard screws for £35! Realised you could get identical in screwfix and b and q for £10. So I took them back unused and they did refund and saved £25. Still slightly better value on plasterbaord though so will to back.

His son, Henry VIII, inherited the business in 1509 but was too busy with his personal life so sold the business on for an undisclosed amount.
