Entrance needs to be tidied up to make it more attractive to shop and foyer doesn’t really improve matters. Further you wander into the shop the better it gets and kitchen / bathroom section very good.

It's a DIY store....... Walk in get what you want, pay, walk out....... No frills. The staff are helpful and polite but don't want to engage in a 3 hour conversation about what you're making with your wood, cement, rock, rope, etc. Generally find their prices are the lowest too.

They had in stocks plenty of what I wanted (metal stud framing) when all of the builders merchants in town didn't. Not much more expensive either 👍 I was always a bit dubious about Wickes but they have proved to be very useful on several occasions now and I think I might be using them a bit more regularly...

Marked up for covid restrictions, arrow's. Nobody taking any notice, walking in wrong direction, staff at till had his mask around his chin. Come on people, this is a serious situation we are in at moment, think about your actions.

Poor customer service. It took them 5 hours to pick my small click and collect order. Not acceptable when screwfix can do it it 100 times quicker.

I use Toolstation in Wickes for most of my kit, from paint brushes to filler and find the quality of goods is top notch. The prices are reasonable and service is friendly, and there's good parking.

It takes ages to get served. Usually only one till open even on Saturday mornings. I used to use them a lot but order from online suppliers now unless I am stuck for something urgent.

It's Wickes.. like the rest. Parking is ok outside of the weekend shopping. Store has enough equipment and supplies to do most DIY jobs, use the trade counter at the back for better prices.

As this store is not a very large one some ranges are limited. It has a small kitchen & bathroom showroom. There are customer toilet.
