I couldn't be happier with my windows and door from Wye Valley Home Improvements. Jon and his team are true professionals. In my opinion, Jon's products are the best quality out there and I have seen a lot. The fitters were marvellous. They turned up on time, did an excellent job whilst being polite and courteous through out the installation. They also cleaned up nicely and took all the rubbish away. Brilliant!

Exceptional service before, during, and after the job. Clear communication at all times. Excellent workmanship and value for money. We live in an 18th Century ex-farmhouse and wanted our eighteen windows serviced, painted, or replaced as necessary. Wye Valley were quick to respond and to quote for the job. They organised manufacture and supply of new windows as needed, and any necessary repairs and painting of the rest. We're very pleased with the high quality of the results. The painters and fitters were a pleasure to have around, and we definitely recommend the company.

The two fitters, Dave and Mo, were so hard working despite the atrocious weather. Although coming across unexpected problems with rotten wood, they persevered and fitted the uPVC cladding to the front of our bungalow. Glyn and I would highly recommend this company. We had our kitchen redesigned, the team that was sent out to us were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There were a few setbacks, but nothing phased them despite the challenge! The standard of work was exceptional and they were all cheery and friendly. If we hadn't have had John leading the team, then I understand they would have given up as it wasn't an easy job for them. James and Alvin were the other two and again we can't fault them. We are delighted with the work they have done, they tidied up as they went along and as we both had to go out to work, we were more than happy to leave them to get on with their work. We have had Wye valley before for other work and we would not hesitate to ask them back again. They are a company we will definitely recommend.
