C. R. (.Had most of the things I wanted to buy except motion activated light switches. Consoled myself by buying a cactus. Helpful staff and this easily accessible location even has a burger stand outside. However I would advise something like the specialist electrical shops near Hull centre.

B.Always a pleasure but as far as some offers they are running mainly garden plants section they really need to make the offers more clear and not run 2 different offers on same garden plants and the same time, leaving it to the poor staff at the tills to explain and sort out the confusion cursed, even the poor staff on the tills was confused 😆 but once cleared up ended up been a good offer for some of the limp plants, got them home and gave them a good watering in the shade .

K.I have always loved a jaunt around B&Q, the sight of a man standing chin in hand not knowing what to choose for his DIY project as he has no idea what he's doing while his wife berates him for taking so long, warms the heart. However the prices are, and have been for a long time far more expensive then other outlets unless you want to resort to the mystery brands that no one's heard of and no one knows were they came from as B&Q replace trusted brands and still charge for cheap what they used to for decent. That said, it does have a lovely trade counter with very friendly staff. Even the most downcast of builder can't help leaving with a skip in their step once they passed through. Also the carpark is big enough for many people to just sling their trolley in a devil may care fashion towards other people's vehicles and not cause a scratch. In short good builders merchants, but please B&Q get rid of Diall and go back to selling known brands that last.
P. B.A bit confrontational, when I walked in there was some bloke asked if I wanted decking, I said I'd like to see him try. Otherwise good place for all your DIY needs.

L. C. (.Had exactly what I wanted just a bit more expensive than I'd have liked. But this has always been the case. You pay the premium to avoid having to go to 6 different locations. Helpfull staff but found that every time I go there is only ever one bloke that can cut sheet material. Worth getting a few more people trained. Have waited 20 minutes before.

I.The staff knowledge wasn't the best I asked one of the staff members if they had certain piece in the and she just froze up she didn't ask her colleagues she sort of just said we don't have it in, I'm always in b&q and I always have a really good experience everyone is always polite, I just think the staff should be a little bit better trained on how to deal with customers.

I. J.Early evening visit to this store. Not a lot of shoppers at this time. I made my way to the garden area . A good selection of plants, although not cheap as they used to be. I needed a large bag of compost. There was a good choice but as I said the prices have gone up considerably. I used a flat bed trolley which was a little difficult to manoeuvre at the till. There was social distancing lines on the floor & face coverings are needed when entering the store.

D. P.Well I normally hate DIY warehouses, but this was pleasantly good. Easy parking, sales areas well laid out, and helpful staff. Extensive range of home goods as well. Lighting section is useful and let's you envisage how it could look at home. They also have a load of well priced Christmas lighting too. Only one thing could have made it better - the butty wagon in the car park needed to be open!
S.Wasn't busy, still wearing masks and adhering to social distance rules etc.
I went for some white tiles 15cmx15cm, was only 1 box left in the sale section, the normal price is £20. Didn't buy any, went somewhere else to get the same box for just over £8.

S.We went to B & Q ferry lane hull to buy some boards for our shed and we did not know anything about it, “KARL” helped us like a family member and advised us and after that cut them boards to exact size even though we had wrong measurements but he not only helped us but also cut them Board in exact right size, we are really happy with his behaviour and service to clients.Really appreciated and that level of service will take us again to buy stuff from a such a wonderful place where employees care the client most,highly recommended and 5 star for KARL.

V.Visited Tuesday 16th June to use click and collect. Had ordered 2 days before, got email to pickup within 48 hours or items went back on the shelf. Waited 5 minutes for my order to be given to me. Actual queue to enter for "normal" shopping was about 14 deep and half had entered before I got my order. Well done B&Q
B. E.I don't know if everything but a lot. Home and garden products. You just need something, search, find and buy. The service helps you find what you need. Different prices. Check the size and color before leaving the house

M.Went in for some plumbing bits and while walking around the garden section thought we would get a few peices of decking to make stair treads for outside steps. but with all good ideas, we needed them cutting to get in the car, Karl who works on hardware/ wood cutting, explained their service is for cutting sheets of MDF but offered to help by hand cutting the peices for us. Big thank you Karl, an example of excelkent customer service by going that extra mile.

I. S.My husband bought some skirting board and it he checked the shape in length but not the width cut it then realised it was totally banana shaped. I rang the hull store on stoneferry and they replaced it straight away. The quality of the wood you are been supplied is terrible he had to check lots of your stock to find one that is okay you're staff where very helpful.
