Although our kitchen makeover is not yet finished, I just wanted to share a quick pic of how beautiful our tiles look. We ordered these from Brooke Ceramics a good few months ago and although the courier damaged/dropped our original order, Brooke were amazing and had another pallet of tiles shipped to us within 48 hours. So so impressed with this company and just over the moon with our purchase. Thank you, Brook Ceramics.

Order and pick up from this excellent store went like clockwork Having their own warehouse attached explains the ease of getting stock and having your tiles brought to your car. The Padua Mix floor tiles are beautiful and strong and we feel lucky that Brooke Ceramics display them in such detail on their website . Great overall experience and product quality .

We have bought tiles for our bathroom and sunroom. The tiles are good quality and well priced. Two issues are that they often don't have the tiles on display, but Covid may be impacting supply. The staff are not as good at discussing tiling issues or offering solutions as other shops.

Very helpful as usual. We usually end up buying our tiles from Brooke Ceramics. The prices are good and there is usually a sale or special offer on to take advantage of. Particularly today was Scott who has helped us on a previous occasion. He worked out the prices and sizes we need and is always very helpful and friendly. Will definitely buy from there again.

On the phone he readily identified the exact item needed and when I went to collect it, he proceeded to spend time explaining exactly how to fit the new components.
