I have never really considered places like this before, likening them to stuff like carpet right etc - inflated prices and gimmicks. Thought I would have a look while we were at B&Q and I was really surprised. Don't get me wrong - if you're on a budget, there's not much going cheap but the stuff there is is excellent quality, and well worth the price. Staff in the shop could not be more helpful! Having placed an online order to collect from the Stoneferry branch in Hull, Sean was emailing me with progress throughout. Checking that I was OK with the delivery lead time on a product that's not kept on stock to answering my questions about collection quickly and even helped me load almost half a ton of tiles into my car. Top bloke, really knows his stuff too. Was surprised to find out the adhesive and sealant they sell is cheaper than the likes of screwfix etc too, which is a bonus.

We decided to buy from Sean rather than some of the other places we visited as he provided no pressure, sensible and friendly advice and we felt we could trust him when making a large purchase like that. Looked at a few places for tiles for a family bathroom and also for an en-suite. Found exactly what I wanted straight away in Tile Giant with the help of store assistant. Rob gave great advice and sorted out exactly what we wanted, worked out exactly how many tiles we would need and managed to get us next day delivery even though we’d just missed the cut off point. I have to say that the experience was just as good this time around so a big thank you to the guys in this store as well.
