Good choice of everything you need. Not sure about customer service. Not the first time asked where in the store to find something I was after , 2 different staff, on 2 different occasions, had an attitude ' couldn't be bothered', as if it was too much to ask.They did not seem to be friendly..

So much stuff, covers a bit of every category. Bird and pet food, hair dye, toiletries, cleaning, baby, homewares, kitchen and hardware. Always good prices and a handy places for all those little things plus a decent pick and mix sweet selection 😝 The staff in here are great too.

Don't normally shop in Wilko but was pleasantly surprised. We only wanted one item went straight to a member of staff who was happy to help point you in the right direction. At the till service was very quick in/out of the store within five minutes.

Always like visiting this store. Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff, a wide range of all manor of home goods on two floors at very competitive prices. If you can't get what you want they will often help by directing you elsewhere. What more do you want when shopping?

Everyone knows wilco, and the great range of products at great prices.. my gripe isn't really with the store, but ipswich Borough Council have decided to close the road to all traffic which means that the free disabled bays just along the road are now out of action... just makes popping into town to buy shampoo or bird seed now just a bit harder.

The best shop ever established in the UK. Amazing prices (even lower than in other well-known low-cost companies). It has all the departments you need if you just moved recently. Everything for your kitchen, bathroom and the basics for the bedroom. I will definetly be back.

I think it is a fantastic shop. It's a lot smaller than places like B&Q. But has got much more stuff, with a much bigger selection of equipment for sale. The prices are a lot less as well, also the staff are very eager to help you out with anything and everything, it's like being in a Candy shop for the first time.

Super helpful. Phoned up to make sure they had what I wanted in-stock, went straight down to pick it up and stayed for a while looking at everything else. Loads of handy little items you can never find in the shed or even know where to buy them when you need them. Long live the high-street.

Nice and clean shop. Very well located. Sweet ladies at the till. Just about tools is a bit poor, not the same as in Colchester or even Stowmarket. About free medicines is very good.

Cheap and cheerful. The wilko apple wet wipes are absolutely amazing. I use them in every aspect of my business and around the home. They clear up everything from wax on my candles. Wax on the floor or over my cups, moulds plaster of Paris on the bottom. Of the tub. They clean the house in every area and all without any hard graft. I just love them.

Chalk and cheese experience between this shop and the one in High Street Kensington! Again two floors of good things to buy. Have a DIY project? This is a good shop to go to for that and so much more. This shop reminds me of good old Woolworths.
