We absolutely love our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom/WC from Clifton’s. From our very first visit to the store in Seacroft we were given a first class service. Debbie Moran could not have been more helpful. She came and did a home visit and was very helpful and reassuring providing ideas and suggestions. She then worked tirelessly to find exactly what I wanted sending me photos and links to ensure we got it right. She is very positive and passionate about what she does and also just a thoroughly nice person. She is a real credit to the company. Everyone we have dealt with at the store have been wonderful including the Manager. We have found that all of the products purchased from Clifton’s are solid and very high quality, in fact our fitter commented on this several times. Over all we are extremely satisfied with the whole process and thrilled with the end result. We can’t recommend Clifton’s in Seacroft highly enough and will be encouraging family, friends and neighbours to go there. Thank you so much to all of you and especially to Debbie.

We were really happy from start to finish with the service and products from Clifton Bathrooms Seacroft Leeds Special thanks to Debbie Moran who went that extra mile to offer a very patient one to one with myself showing and explaining the different products on offer. We are extremely pleased with the end result, our new bathroom looks amazing! We had a few product to return that were surplus to requirement and there was no issue in doing this. Seacroft store. Made countless delivery errors (wrong items/missing items/broken items) which extended the duration of the job considerably. Promised (both verbally and in writing) a refund for the issues they caused but never actually gave the refund. They simply just ignored the messages and emails. Considered legal action but decided to draw a line under it and instead share my honest review with the world. Initial conversations and sales process were good but in the end they failed to deliver on their promises. I can only speak for my own experience with the company and ultimately I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Use at your own risk! Update: I am please to say Steve Harding (the new depot manager) contacted me directly, and was polite and helpful and quickly and professionally dealt with the issue to our satisfaction. With the new manager and the hugely improved customer service I am very pleased to give this positive feedback. Subsequently have upgraded my star rating from 1 to 3 (it would have been higher if based solely on our recent interactions, but I still have to consider the past in my rating). Thank you for resolving the matter Steve, much appreciated.

Debbie Moran - Clifton Trade - Seacroft, Leeds What a fantastic employee Clifton Trade (Seacroft) have in Debbie Moran. She has been nothing but first class in helping me organise 3 bathrooms recently. She has guided me when I have needed it and nothing has been too much trouble at all. She has responded to me so quickly and had a lot of patience with me! She has emailed me photos of different ideas and sent me numerous quotes. She has been so friendly and welcoming and I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family. I have 2 young children and on occasions have had to bring them into the depo. All the staff were very friendly and welcomed them in and entertained them while I talked bathrooms with Debbie. I really think Clifton's have a first class employee in Debbie. She works extremely hard and it is obvious she enjoys her job. She has been a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU Debbie & the wider team at Clifton's Leeds (Seacroft) for looking after me so well. Excellent prices too!

Great service by Jake. Went in to have a browse following recommendation by our bathroom installer. Couldn't fault the service and patience shown by Jake, ended up buying a full bathroom suite.

It's trade but worry not. Our builder said to go there and sort out what things we wanted. Leave the list with his name on it and he would sort it. Clinton's staff were excellent, took time to show us everything and made up the list. Much better than going into a retail shop.
