It is great that we can get deliveries twice a week and their stock levels are very accurate. We rarely get any discrepancies, but when we do they are resolved extremely quickly. Great range of products.

They have even managed to maintain this during what has been a very difficult year. The service from sales rep, transport, admin has been exceptional with very few hiccups, when something is wrong they are very quick to put it right. What more can a business ask for from their wholesaler, they have certainly helped move our business forward with the range, pricing structure and reliability. We order via the Decco website, which shows availability and price, easy to use and 99% availability accuracy. N. J.Can't fault the team at Decco Leeds. Nice people to deal with and the speed at getting orders out of the door during COVID is highly commendable. Decconet is simple and easy to use, however I would like to see what I have on back order to prevent accidental reordering, and the product barcode on the product page would be highly useful also.
