My key broke off in my door lock so I went to this shop to get pliers to remove the key. The manager behind the counter advised me that he also did key cutting and that he could try to make a copy from the remains of the key. I returned with the broken key and he managed to make a copy but he did advise me how to remove the barrel if the key didn't work. The key works perfectly. Highly recommended store. Excellent service, professional and friendly and took a genuine interest in helping me. I would never use a chain shop after the service I received here today.

I don't want to give low stars as haven't actually been in yet ... doesn't seem fair but please update your opening times as I travelled 15 mins to come to you today and you were closed. It says open til 4pm on Sundays but you definitely weren't!

Never ceases to amaze me how much stock this shop has. When screwfix, b&q and multiple others fail to deliver what you're looking for, this local store has got exactly what you want at a very good price. Make it your first stop for DIY (or key cutting, sodastream gas, tools, paint and so much more!).

3x3 fence posts to paving sealant, light switches to buckets, everything is priced better than B&Q or Wickes. Friendly service and very well stocked, will always call a head just to be certain they have and rarely find they don't!

On my way back from recycling centre and needed sink and bath plugs ,and conveniently situated on the side of the road is a diy shop brilliant, so I got some ,replaced old ones covered in paint after decorating

Great little store packed with everything. Owner very helpful and polite. He's been busy and useful during the pandemic.

This little shop is a life saver! Both the lads and young apprentices are amazing and full of knowledge always go there as prices are excellent and the amount of stock they hold is good .

A typical helpful local Handyman store with a large variety of tools and fixings. Invariably more reasonably priced than Homebase across the road. We need to keep local shops like this alive.
