I'd like to put on record the excellent customer service by Matt and his team at Selco's Leicester branch. I've visited the branch several times in recent months for renovation materials. Each time, I've been met with customer service at its best. 👏 Given I'm not familiar with materials needed, Matt, has truly been an advocate of customer service, always courteous, walking round with me to cherry pick required items saving me time and my sanity! Never really gone to this store, as I normally shop elsewhere. However, after my first visit to the store I would 110% recommend. Friendly, cheery and helpful staff. Vast array of products sensibly priced PLUS they open at 0630 so if like me there's that item you suddenly remember you need theres time to collect before getting on the job😄😄

Very impressed with this Selco branch. We were in need of some items for our bathroom project and went to this particular Selco as we have a trade account. It was very clean and organised and the staff were very helpful, especially Sarah who helped us finding all the products that we needed to complete our project. Prices were competitive and there is a good range of products. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. Thanks for all your help.

Went to selco today to pick up some skirting for my ongoing project late 5.30 ish I needed to match what I had already speaking to Matt and magda on the tills they couldn't be more helpful was escorted to the relevant isle to match up what I already had not a problem even getting close to closing time the staff where helpful and polite they even offered to lend me a umbrella due to the monsoon outside the customer service was 10 out of 10 unlike the other DIY shop close by great service well stocked and good prices thanks again to Matt and magda

Had cause to visit Selco Builders merchants this morning never been there before and I have to say don't think I will go anywhere else again for my DIY needs needed some MDF wanting it cut into strips James behind the counter was brilliant got the MDF for me worked out how many strips I'd need for my requirements and cut them for. Great service. Forget B&Q go to Selco.

Only second time visiting the store, very clean well laid out it had plaster, ballast cement and a good stock of building materials, should not say that as you will all go now and next time I go it will be empty. Staff good, happy smileing and knowledgeable.

Exceptionally pleasant experience with really helpful staff. Can't praise them enough to be honest as we weren't the easiest of customers for all the internal fire door parts we needed.
