R.Good priced items. Quality products and lots of bathroom items to choose. You won't get staff working there asking to help you and you need to approach them. Some may see this as a good experience where others may interpreate it as not helpful. I don't mind and buy from Simply Bathrooms due to quality, price and advice when asking for help.
P. m.Good quamity product and price. But the bath was shown on the website with pre-drilled taphole but arrived without and its not the easiest thing to return. There was also no communication in advance of delivery with an indication of a date so I had to just stay in and wait for days. I looked at many other websites and almost all offered the ability to select a delivery date or even time slot so it seems these guys are lagging behind the competition.

K. S.We bought a basin, pedestal, toilet, cistern, shower cubicle and tray. We have an old property and when my husband tried to fit the toilet it just would not fit with our old plumbing. Simply bathrooms did an exchange without quibble. Then when we fitted the shower there was an issue with the door strips and magnets within 24hrs we had replacements direct from the manufacturer to our door. Neither of these issues were the fault of Simply bathrooms and as far as we are concerned there after sales service was excellent.
