Good selection of tiles. Sample tile obtained by my garden landscaper in May '22 is exactly what we need. 6 months on, the work has finally started. We feared the tiles may no longer be available, so popped in to the showroom. Showed the picture of the tile we were looking at and immediately the salesman recognised the tile. Sorry, didn't catch his name. He knew exactly the tiles we need. Took us where they were displayed and also showed us alternative colours in the that range. Really great service and helpful staff. Again apologies for not getting his name. Will order them a soon as the work required them.

An amazing store with the most friendly and helpful staff I have found in any retailer, not just a tile retailer. A great selection of tiles for both floor and wall with a fantastic selection of accessories and tools. I have purchased tiles for my kitchen and downstairs toilet and i will be returning to purchase more for other areas! Also a great price to boot, plus they will reasonably price match almost anywhere! Great store and great lads in store!

Better late than never..couple of months ago we bought our tiles from a large national tile retailer, as we were going to their other branch in town to collect the mosaic tiles, we spotted these guys. Popped in and got a price on similar tiles and bits and bobs...with a saving of best part of couple of hundred quid, I took what I bought from the other retailer at their branch round the corner from Tile Giant, got a refund and went back to TG's and bought everything we needed to complete the tiling..couldn't be more happier with the cost, quality of the products and above all their service and advice. My now go to place for future up and coming DIY projects. Keep up the good work and competitive fella's and i'll see you soon!

WOW! What a service. I've just used Tile Giant in Leicester. What great staff you have. They were so helpful. The Manager (Alan I think) couldn't do enough to help me. Offered money saving advice which I had been instructed wrong by another local large tile firm. Alan soon pointed me in the right direction. Super happy with the product service and price.

Bought some kitchen floor tiles from here, the tiles are superb quality, the staff at the Leicester branch were very helpful and, when I had horrendous issues with delivery; they worked hard to help resolve the situation - tile giant staff 10/10, delivery courier 2/10 I felt the poor delivery standards really overshadowed the high standards/values of this company thank you tile giant for your support

Saved my life! I've run out of tiles which I bought online and I needed urgently few more boxes for today. Drove around Melton Mowbray and Leicester and couldn't find them anywhere. Got to the Tile Giant and they had them. Park at the back so I drove to the entrance which is on Wilton Street and (very friendly and helpful) shop assistant loaded them for me. Definitely recommend!
