B's basement just gets better and better every time we go in there always something new to look at we're amazed how they fit it all in there most excellent shop in Birchwood it's our top favorite now the welcome you get makes it a pleasure to look round at the Affordable items they have the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful if you want a place DIY items or bicycles or household or just anything go in look around have a chat and buy buy buy

A great place to shop,helpful,friendly staff.If you cannot find what you are after,the staff are happy to help.It has lots of item in store.Which means it has little room inside to get a wheelchair in it.But I'm sure if you asked for assistance then the staff would try their best to help.5*

I love this place the owners are friendly helpful and always smiling. They have a large selection of goods to buy but if they do not have what you want just ask and they will get it in. Don't bother going to large stores to get what you want come here first and support local businesses

As an old customer I always used this hardware shop over the years. We are so happy this shop is still here as we thought we lost it after the young couple bought the shop from original owner and they completely ruined it in short time they owned it. However recently another young couple bought the shop and now is the best we have seen it and they do very good quality products at very competitive prices, They expanded all the range across the shop and they do key cutting very cheap .

In the midst of selling the business. Not a lot of stock left compared to previous visits. 2020 review I have shopped here several times since the new owners have taken over and I have always found what I needed. The owners are very friendly and will try and source what you need if they haven't got it in stock.

Absolutely recommend this place..such helpful friendly smiley staff..👍 Got exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price..and was then shown around by the new owner.. They have everything you could possibly need ..from garden products..to toiletries..batteries..electrical bits..pet food/treats..nuts bolts screws...cleaning products.. cards and wrapping paper..balloons ect ect... Great little Aladdin's cave! Will definitely be back soon..
