A well established business in Lincoln, I have been buying items from there since the early sixties when they were in Tentercroft Street. They have always been good with customer care. They may have changed their name but they are still the same friendly place they’ve always been.

ANDY at Lincoln Depot saved my weekend! After a few stressful days of levelling and preparing our ground for slabs, battling the very British weather and making endless cups of tea to prevent tools from being launched across the garden..... we came to the cutting slabs part.... (drum roll) and it was much harder than I thought! Heavy, tiring, dusty as hell and a bit of a battle for a beginner but on we battled...annnndd then the disc cutter ran out of fuel! Right at the very end of our project, with ONE PIECE left to go (sob!). The cutter was due back imminently otherwise an additional day rate would be due, which we were trying to avoid paying especially for such a small piece left to cut. Which is where ANDY came to the rescue. He was helpful, understood my frustration and helped take the remaining slab from the boot of my car and cut it for me! Hooray!! Job done (and never again!) Fabulous job, fabulous service from Lincoln Depot which makes a refreshing changes these days when most would only care about charging you the extra. THANK YOU.

After several years back and forth with buildbase organising five bathrooms for a self-build property I can strongly recommend using them. With all the confusion and chaos that comes with such a project it was refreshing to deal with an ever friendly and professional team in the bathroom/plumbing department. Particular thanks to Andrew, who was always so patient despite regular panicked phone calls from us trying to track down stray bits of plumbing. As with many industries at the moment, I am sure the team must be worked off their feet, but in face of that they still manage excellent customer service.

Lots of good stuff only problem most of it is not in stock staff very friendly feel that managers are not playing a role as they should. Looking at prices you have most of them are more expensive than anything else on the High Street or elsewhere I can't understand where these prices come from if you actually rectified on reality you may find that you have more customers coming through the door like the olden days.
